Joy of June Promo Terms and Conditions

June 1 – 30, 2025

1. “Gold“ means digital gold purchased through Treasury Apps;
2. ”Treasury Users“ means all parties registered as users on Treasury Apps and Treasury website;
3. ”Joy of June Promo“ is a Gold purchase promo that contains 2 (two) sub-promos within it namely ”New User Promo“ (as defined in number 6) and ”Limited Promo for All Treasury Users“ (as defined in number 7);
4. This Joy of June Promo is valid from June 1, 2025 until June 30, 2025 (”Joy of June Promo Period“);
5. This Joy of June Promo is exclusively for Treasury Users who purchase Gold through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury Apps using the special button(s) with the promo amount as described in the table in number 8;
6. “New User Promo” is given to all Treasury Users who register during the Joy of June Promo Period (“New Users”) and can only be used for the first transaction of such New Users;
7. “Limited Promo for All Treasury Users” is given to all Treasury Users during the Joy of June Promo Period or while quota is still available. This Promo can only be used by Treasury Users at most 2 (two) times during the Joy of June Promo Period;
8. The amount of discount given in the Joy of June Promo is detailed as follows:

Up to 99.9% (ninety-nine point nine percent) discount for the first purchase with a maximum discount of Rp5,000 (five thousand Rupiah).

Limited Promo for All Treasury Users (valid during the Joy of June Promo Period while quota is still available)

9. Treasury users will automatically get the price after discount according to each promo used as stated in the table in number 8 of these Terms and Conditions for the first Gold purchase (for New User Promo users) or Gold purchase with a certain nominal (for Limited Promo users for All Treasury Users) if using the special button (button) that says the promo nominal when making a payment;
10. The purchase price of Gold in this Joy of June Promo is the price excluding tax and other transaction fees (if any);
11. Gold purchases can be made with all payment methods available in Treasury Apps, except for Gold purchases with a price of Rp1 (one Rupiah) can only use the Go-Pay, OVO, ShopeePay, and Celengan Balance payment methods;
12. By participating in this Joy of June Promo, Treasury Users are deemed to have known and agreed not to use Treasury Apps and Treasury website as money laundering activities and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other illegal acts;
13. By participating in the Joy of June Promo, Treasury Users are deemed to have known, read, understood, and agreed to all the provisions;
14. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury cannot participate in this Joy of June Promo;
15. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the provision of discounts as referred to in the Joy of June Promo (including for both sub-promos therein namely New User Promo and Limited Promo for All Treasury Users) if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or potentially harmful to Treasury/other third parties and/or not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the competent authority, Treasury User Agreement, Terms and Conditions applicable in Treasury, as well as Treasury Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in number 14 above;
16. Apart from these Joy of June Promo Terms and Conditions, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all other Terms and Conditions and/or binding provisions contained in the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, except those expressly stated by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions are not applicable in the implementation of this Joy of June Promo;
17. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;
18. Treasury Users are advised to carefully read all Terms and Conditions before making any transaction through Treasury Apps. Treasury Users can contact Treasury Customer Service via email [email protected] to get more information;
19. Treasury reserves the right without prior notice to take necessary actions and follow up based on legal proceedings in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia, if any form of action is found that qualifies as fraud and/or criminal acts committed by Treasury Users;
20. These Terms and Conditions shall serve as a binding agreement between the Treasury User and Treasury;
21. Any type of malware attack, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices shall not be the responsibility of Treasury;
22. Any Treasury User shall not transfer and/or authorize any other person to operate the Treasury User account. Treasury will not be responsible for any fraud and/or crime and/or loss arising from the transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses will be borne by the Treasury User;
23. Treasury will not be responsible for any errors arising as a result of Treasury User’s negligence;
24. Treasury does not allow Treasury Users to use Treasury Apps and Treasury website to perform activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
25. Beware of fraud on behalf of Treasury. All these activities will only be informed through Treasury’s official website (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, and Treasury’s official social media. Treasury is not responsible for all losses arising from fraud experienced by Treasury Users;
26. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on Treasury Apps and Treasury website. The Treasury User hereby understands and agrees to release Treasury and all its management, employees and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for any misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by such Treasury User;
27. Treasury is a commodity trading platform including but not limited to the first digital physical Gold trading that has obtained a license from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on May 13, 2021 based on the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 concerning Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Certificate of Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021. This makes transactions carried out by Treasury Users on our platform safe and secure.
