Steady Promo Terms and Conditions

April 1 – 30, 2025

1. “Gold” means digital gold purchased through Treasury Apps;
2. “Treasury Users” means all parties registered as users on Treasury Apps and Treasury website;
3. “Promo Mantap” is a Gold purchase promo that contains 2 (two) sub-promos within it namely “New User Promo” (as defined in number 6) and “Promo Limited to All Treasury Users” (as defined in number 7);
4. This Promo Mantap is valid from April 1, 2025 until April 30, 2025 (“Promo Mantap Period”);
5. This Mantap Promo is exclusively for Treasury Users who purchase Gold in the Buy Gold feature of the Treasury Apps using the special button (button) with the promo amount as described in the table in number 8;
6. “New User Promo” is given to all Treasury Users who register during the Mantap Promo Period (“New Users”) and can only be used for the first transaction of such New Users;
7. “Limited Promo for All Treasury Users” is given to all Treasury Users during the Mantap Promo Period or while quota is still available. This Promo can only be used by Treasury Users a maximum of 2 (two) times during the Mantap Promo Period;
8. The amount of discount given in the Mantap Promo is detailed as follows:

Up to 99.9% (ninety nine point nine percent) discount for the first purchase, maximum discount of Rp5,000 (five thousand Rupiah).

Limited Promo for All Treasury Users (valid during Mantap Promo Period while quota is still available)

Up to 50% (fifty percent) discount, maximum discount of Rp690,000 (six hundred ninety thousand Rupiah).

9. Treasury users will automatically get the price after discount in accordance with each promo used as stated in the table in number 8 of these Terms and Conditions for the first Gold purchase (New User Promo) or Gold purchase with a certain nominal (Promo Limited to All Treasury Users) if they use a special button (button) that says the promo nominal when making a payment;
10. The Gold purchase price in this Mantap Promo is a price excluding tax and other transaction fees (if any);
11. Gold purchases can be made with all payment methods available in the Treasury Apps, except for Gold purchases with a price of Rp1 (one Rupiah) can only use the Go-Pay, OVO, ShopeePay, and Celengan Balance payment methods;
12. By participating in this Mantap Promo, Treasury Users are deemed to have known and agreed not to use the Treasury Apps and Treasury website as money laundering activities and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other illegal acts;
13. By participating in the Mantap Promo, Treasury Users are deemed to have known, read, understood, and agreed to all existing conditions;
14. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury cannot participate in this Promo Mantap;
15. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the discount as referred to in Promo Mantap (including for both sub-promos therein namely New User Promo and Limited Promo for All Treasury Users) if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or potentially harmful to Treasury/other third parties and/or not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the competent authority, Treasury User Agreement, Terms and Conditions applicable in Treasury, as well as Treasury Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in number 14 above;
16. Apart from these Terms and Conditions of Promo Mantap, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all Terms and Conditions and/or other binding provisions contained in Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, except those expressly stated by Treasury that the Terms and Conditions are not applicable in the implementation of this Promo Mantap;
17. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;
18. Treasury Users are advised to carefully read all the Terms and Conditions before making any transaction through Treasury Apps. Treasury Users may contact Treasury Customer Service via email [email protected] to get more information;
19. Treasury reserves the right without prior notice to take necessary actions and follow up based on legal proceedings in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, if any form of action is found that qualifies as fraud and/or criminal acts committed by Treasury Users;
20. These Terms and Conditions apply as a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury;
21. Any type of malware attack, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices shall not be the responsibility of Treasury;
22. Each Treasury User shall not transfer and/or authorize any other person to operate the Treasury User’s account. Treasury will not be responsible for any fraud and/or crime and/or loss arising from the transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses will be borne by the Treasury User;
23. Treasury will not be responsible for any errors arising as a result of the negligence of Treasury Users;
24. Treasury does not allow Treasury Users to use the Treasury Apps and Treasury website to conduct activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
25. Beware of fraud on behalf of Treasury. All these activities will only be informed through Treasury’s official website (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, and Treasury’s official social media. Treasury is not responsible for all losses arising from fraud experienced by Treasury Users;
26. Treasury is not responsible for any activities and/or transactions performed by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on Treasury Apps and Treasury website. The Treasury User hereby understands and agrees to release Treasury and all its management, employees and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for any misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by such Treasury User;
27. Treasury is a commodity trading platform including but not limited to the first digital physical Gold trading that has obtained a license from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on May 13, 2021 based on the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 concerning Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Certificate of Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
