Terms and Conditions for the Special Gold Purchase Promo 10.10

Discounts on Gold Purchases of up to IDR 2 Million

1. “Gold” is a digital gold purchased through the Treasury App;
2. “Treasury Users” are all parties registered as users on the Treasury App and Treasury website;
3. “Promo 10.10” means a promotional discount on Gold purchases through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury App;
4. Promo 10.10 is valid only from October 10, 2025 until October 13, 2025 (“Promo 10.10 Period”);
5. Promo 10.10 is granted to Treasury Users who purchase Gold on the Treasury App using the promo code “NEWUSER10.10” (specifically for New Users) and the promo code “SPECIAL10.10” (for all Treasury Users) during the Promo 10.10 Period, with no minimum transaction required for both promo codes;
   Promo 10.10 may only be redeemed once (1 time) by each Treasury User who meets the criteria as stated in point 5 above;
6. Promo 10.10 can only be participated in once (1) for each Treasury User who meets the criteria as referred to in number 5 above;
7. The discount to be received is 30% (thirty percent) of the value of the Gold purchase made, with a maximum discount amount of IDR IDR30,000 (thirty thousand Rupiah) for the first Gold purchase specifically for New Users, and a discount of 2% two percent) of the value of the Gold purchase made with a maximum discount amount of IDR2,000,000 (two million Rupiah) for all Treasury Users;
8. Promo 10.10 is limited to the first 100 (one hundred) Treasury Users who use the promo code as referred to in number 5 of these Terms and Conditions, during the Promo 10.10 Period;
9. The Gold purchase price in this Promo 10.10 is excluding tax and other transaction fees (if any);
10. By participating in this Promo 10.10, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury Apps and Treasury website for money laundering and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other unlawful acts;
11. By participating in Promo 10.10, Treasury Users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the existing terms;
12. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury cannot participate in this Promo 10.10;
13. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the discount granted as referred to in Promo 10.10 if there is any indication of suspicious transactions and/or potentially causing losses to Treasury/third parties and/or not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of authorized authorities, Treasury User Agreement, applicable Terms and Conditions at Treasury, as well as Treasury Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in number 12;
14. Apart from these Terms and Conditions of Promo 10.10, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all Terms and Conditions and/or other binding provisions contained in the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, which are an integral part of this promo provision, except otherwise stated in writing that one or several provisions do not apply to this Promo 10.10.
15. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time, with or without prior notice to Treasury Users.

17. Treasury reserves the right to take necessary actions and follow up based on legal processes in accordance with Indonesian regulations if any fraudulent or criminal activities by Treasury Users are detected.
18. These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury.
19. Treasury is not responsible for any malware attacks, data theft, or other security issues caused by using devices that have been jailbroken or rooted.
20. Treasury Users are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to operate their Treasury accounts. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud, criminal acts, or losses arising from such transfers or authorizations, and all losses will be borne solely by the Treasury Users.
21. Treasury will not be responsible for errors resulting from Treasury Users’ negligence.
22. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use the Treasury app and website for activities or transactions that are not provided or promoted by Treasury.
23. Be cautious of scams claiming to be from Treasury. All official communications will only be made through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury app, and Treasury’s official social media channels. Treasury is not responsible for any losses incurred due to scams experienced by Treasury Users.
24. Treasury is not responsible for any activities or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not provided by Treasury on the Treasury app and website. Treasury Users understand and agree to release Treasury and its management, employees, and consultants from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibility, for misuse of activities or transactions by Treasury Users.
25. Treasury is a commodity trading platform, including but not limited to the first digital physical gold trading platform that has been licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on BAPPEBTI Head’s Decree Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and the Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
