Terms & Conditions of the Treasury Hunt Program (Special 7th Anniversary)

Program Description

The Treasury Hunt (Special 7th Anniversary) is an interactive program inviting the public to find and scan Treasury QR codes placed across various channels and locations.

Through this program, Treasury aims to offer a fun, educational, and interactive experience that helps the public better understand the world of digital gold investment while also gaining the opportunity to win various special and exciting prizes.

QR codes can be found on Treasury’s official social media channels (Instagram, WhatsApp Channel, and TikTok), as well as across the AMG Network in Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bandung, Surabaya, and Bali.

Program Period

The program runs from 17 November 2025 to 8 December 2025 and is divided into two periods:

Period 1 (17–30 November 2025)

1. Prioritized for New Users.
2. All Digital Gold Vouchers can only be redeemed by New Users who have never made a transaction.
3. Gold Purchase Discount Vouchers can be used by all Treasury users.
4. Existing Users may only claim Gold Purchase Discount Vouchers.

Period 2 (1–8 December 2025)

1. All vouchers (Gold Vouchers and Gold Purchase Discount Vouchers) can be used by all Treasury users.
2. Vouchers may be redeemed in accordance with their respective conditions.

Participant Requirements

1. Participants must have an active and verified Treasury account.
2. Each participant may only join using one valid Treasury account and not a bot.
3. Treasury reserves the right to verify participant data and account authenticity at any time.

Program Rewards

Participants have the opportunity to receive:

• Treasury Digital Gold Vouchers ranging from Rp5.000 to Rp2.000.000.
• Treasury Gold Purchase Discount Vouchers up to Rp1.000.000.
• Treasury Merchandise Discount Vouchers (25%–77%).

Rewards cannot be cashed out, transferred, or exchanged for other forms of compensation.

Gold Voucher Prefix Conditions

1. Gold Vouchers consist of 3 Prefix Codes: TRE, AS, and URY.
2. Each Prefix Code may only be claimed once per user.
3. TRE Prefix Codes are for New Users who have never made any transactions.
4. New Users may redeem up to 3 Gold Vouchers (TRE, AS, URY) if they obtain all three.
5. Existing Users may redeem a maximum of 2 Gold Vouchers (AS and URY).
6. Treasury reserves the right to verify user status and transaction history.
7. Treasury reserves the right to reject or cancel any redemption in the event of violations.

Provisions for Fraudulent Activity

1. Prohibited Actions:

• Using fake accounts or bots;
• Exploiting system loopholes or bugs;
• Manipulating registration data;
• Conducting unauthorized activities (including using robots) while engaging or transacting in the Treasury App, or committing other violations based on these Terms and Conditions, any applicable Treasury policy, and prevailing Indonesian laws; and/or
• Any other actions that Treasury, at its sole discretion, considers fraudulent within the context of the Treasury Hunt Program.

2. If a Participant is Proven to Commit Fraud:

• The participant will be disqualified from the Treasury Hunt Program;
• Rewards received by the participant will be revoked by Treasury; and
• The participant will be blacklisted from all future Treasury promotional programs and from making transactions on any Treasury platform.

Reward Distribution

1. Rewards will be granted directly to Participants who have fulfilled these Terms and Conditions, lawfully participated in the Treasury Hunt Program, and redeemed the Gold Voucher through the voucher page in the Treasury App.
2. The vouchers received cannot be converted into cash and may only be redeemed into Rewards through the Treasury App.
3. Gold Vouchers obtained by Participants during the Treasury Hunt Program are valid only until 8 December 2025. Any redemption made outside this validity period will be considered invalid, and Participants release Treasury from any claims and/or compensation demands related to the Gold Vouchers in any form after the voucher validity period has ended.
4. Gold Vouchers received by Participants during the Treasury Hunt Program cannot be transferred to others and/or sold.
5. Special Discount Vouchers: The vouchers are divided into two types: Gold Purchase Discount Vouchers and Merchandise Purchase Discount Vouchers.
6. Gold Purchase Discount Vouchers may be used directly when purchasing gold through the Treasury App by entering the code obtained from the Treasury Hunt program.
7. Treasury Merchandise Purchase Discount Vouchers may be used for the purchase of Tote Bags or Mickiv Coins and are applicable after the winner submits confirmation through the form and completes the purchase in coordination with the Treasury internal team.

Treasury’s Authority

1. Treasury reserves the right to modify or terminate the Treasury Hunt Program at any time without prior notice.
2. In the event of a Force Majeure situation or other material considerations at Treasury’s discretion, Treasury may cancel the implementation of the Treasury Hunt Program without any obligation to provide notice and/or compensation to any party.
3. Treasury reserves the right to revoke the unique Gold Voucher codes received by Participants if the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions are not fulfilled.
4. Treasury reserves the right to (i) disqualify Participants and/or (ii) reject or cancel the Gold Voucher redemption process if Participants are suspected of committing fraud or violating these Terms and Conditions in any form.
5. All decisions made by Treasury regarding the Treasury Hunt Program are final and not subject to dispute.

Miscellaneous

1. By participating in the program, Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Treasury Hunt program is free of charge. If any party claims to represent Treasury and requests fees, compensation, or similar payments from Participants, such claims are false and constitute fraud.
3. Treasury is not responsible for any losses arising from technical failures caused by third parties, including but not limited to internet network disruptions or payment system issues, nor for any fraud, criminal acts, or illegal activities conducted by parties impersonating the Treasury Hunt Program. Any fraudulent actions or other crimes committed by third parties in connection with the program are outside Treasury’s authority.
4. Participants are therefore advised to remain alert and cautious of potential scams or criminal activity claiming association with the Treasury Hunt Program and to ensure they only interact with official program organizers. Treasury only shares legitimate information through its official website (https://www.treasury.id/) and Instagram (@wearetreasury).
