Amazing Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. “Gold” is digital gold purchased through the Treasury App;
2. “Treasury Users” are all parties registered as users on the Treasury App and website;
3. “Amazing Promo” is a discount promotion for purchasing Gold through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury App for purchases of Gold with a certain nominal value.
4. This Amazing Promo is valid for all Treasury Users who purchase Gold through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury App using a special button displaying the promo amount as detailed in the table at point 6;
5. This Amazing Promo is valid from August 6, 2025, to August 31, 2025 (“Amazing Promo Period”);
6. The discount amount provided in the Amazing Promo is detailed as follows:

A discount of up to 3.4% (three point four percent), with a maximum discount of up to IDR 680,000 (six hundred eighty thousand Rupiah).

7. Treasury users will automatically receive the discounted price according to each promotion as listed in the table in point 6 when using the special button labeled with the promotion amount during payment;
8. The Amazing Promotion can be used during the Amazing Promotion Period, subject to quota availability;
9. The purchase price of Gold in this Amazing Promotion is exclusive of taxes and other transaction fees (if any);
10. By participating in the Amazing Promo, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury App and Treasury website for money laundering and/or terrorist financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other unlawful activities;
11. By participating in the Amazing Promo, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged, read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions;
12. Treasury users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury are not eligible to participate in this Amazing Promotion;
13. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the discount as referred to in the Amazing Promo (including the two sub-promos within it, namely the New User Promo and the Limited Promo for All Treasury Users) if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or transactions that may harm Treasury/other third parties and/or are not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, the regulations of the competent authorities, the Treasury User Agreement, the applicable Terms and Conditions at Treasury, and Treasury Users who have been placed on Treasury’s blacklist as referred to in point 12 above;
14. In addition to the Terms and Conditions of this Amazing Promotion, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all Terms and Conditions and/or other binding provisions contained in the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, unless Treasury expressly states that such Terms and Conditions do not apply to the implementation of this Amazing Promotion;
15. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;
16. Treasury Users are advised to carefully read all Terms and Conditions before conducting any transactions through the Treasury Apps. Treasury Users can contact Treasury Customer Service via email at [email protected] for further information;
17. Treasury reserves the right, without prior notice, to take necessary actions and pursue legal proceedings in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia, if any form of action is found to qualify as fraudulent and/or criminal conduct by Treasury Users;
18. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury;
19. Any type of malware attack, data theft, or other security breaches caused by the use of devices that have been jailbroken or rooted are not the responsibility of Treasury;
20. Each Treasury User is not permitted to transfer and/or authorize another person to operate the Treasury User account. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud and/or criminal acts and/or losses arising from the transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses will be borne entirely by the Treasury User;
21. Treasury shall not be liable for any errors arising from the negligence of the Treasury User;
22. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use the Treasury Apps and Treasury website for activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
23. Be cautious of scams claiming to be from Treasury. All such activities will only be communicated through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, and official Treasury social media. Treasury shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of scams experienced by Treasury Users;
24. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions carried out by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on the Treasury Apps and Treasury website. Treasury Users hereby understand and agree to release Treasury, along with its entire management, employees, and consultants, from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for the misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions carried out by such Treasury Users;
25. Treasury is a commodity trading platform that includes but is not limited to the first digital physical gold trading platform that has obtained a license from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on the Decision of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P -ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama, as well as the Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader No. 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
