Buy Gold Special Promo 4.4 Buy Gold Discount up to IDR 2.4 Million

1. “Gold” is digital gold purchased through Treasury Apps;
2. “Treasury Users” means all parties registered as users on Treasury Apps and Treasury website;
3. “Promo 4.4” is a discount promo for purchasing Gold through the Buy Gold menu on Treasury Apps;
4. Promo 4.4 is only valid from April 3, 2025 to April 9, 2025 (“Promo 4.4 Period”);
5. Promo 4.4 is given to Treasury Users who purchase Gold on Treasury Apps by using promo code “NEWUSER4.4” exclusively for New Users and promo code “SPECIAL4.4” for all Treasury Users during the Promo 4.4 Period, without minimum transaction for both promo codes;
6. Promo 4.4 can only be participated in 1 (one) time for each Treasury User who meets the criteria as referred to in number 5 above;
7. The discount to be received is 24% (twenty four percent) of the value of the Gold purchase made with a maximum discount value of Rp24,000 (twenty four thousand Rupiah) for the first Gold purchase specifically for New Users and a discount of 2% (two percent) of the value of the Gold purchase made with a maximum discount value of Rp2,400,000 (two million four hundred thousand Rupiah) for all Treasury Users;

9. The purchase price of Gold in Promo 4.4 is the price excluding tax and other transaction fees (if any);
10. By participating in this Promo 4.4, the Treasury User is deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury Apps and the Treasury website as an activity of money laundering and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other illegal acts;
11. By participating in Promo 4.4, the Treasury User is deemed to have known, read, understood and agreed to all the conditions;
12. Treasury users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury cannot participate in this Promo 4.4;
13. Treasury has the right to cancel the discount as referred to in Promo 4.4 if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or potentially harmful to Treasury/other third parties and/or not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the competent authority, Treasury User Agreement, Terms and Conditions applicable in Treasury, as well as Treasury Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in number 12;
14. Apart from these Terms and Conditions of Promo 4.4, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all Terms and Conditions and/or other binding provisions contained in the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, except as expressly stated by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions do not apply in the implementation of this Promo 4.4 feature;
15. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;

17. Treasury reserves the right without prior notice to take necessary actions and follow up based on legal proceedings in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, if any form of action is found that qualifies as fraud and/or criminal offense committed by Treasury Users;
18. These Terms and Conditions shall serve as a binding agreement between the Treasury User and Treasury;
19. Any type of malware attack, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices shall not be the responsibility of Treasury;
20. Each Treasury User shall not transfer and/or authorize any other person to operate the Treasury User account. Treasury will not be responsible for any fraud and/or crime and/or loss arising from the transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses will be fully borne by the Treasury User;
21. Treasury will not be responsible for any errors arising from Treasury User’s negligence;
22. Treasury does not allow Treasury Users to use the Treasury Apps and Treasury website to perform activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
23. Beware of scams on behalf of Treasury. All these activities will only be informed through Treasury’s official website (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, and Treasury’s official social media. Treasury is not responsible for all losses arising from fraud experienced by Treasury Users;
24. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on Treasury Apps and Treasury website. The Treasury User hereby understands and agrees to release Treasury and all its management, employees and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for any misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by such Treasury User;
25.
