Terms and Conditions of Promo OKE (Oktober Keemasan)

1 – 31 October 2025

1. “Gold” means digital gold purchased through the Treasury Apps;
2. “Treasury Users” means all parties registered as users on the Treasury Apps and the Treasury website;
3. “Promo OKE (Oktober Keemasan)” means a gold purchase promotion consisting of 2 (two) sub-promotions therein, namely the “New User Promo” (as defined in point 6) and the “Limited Promo for All Treasury Users” (as defined in point 7);
4. Promo OKE (Oktober Keemasan) shall be valid from October 1, 2025 until October 31, 2025 “Promo OKE (Oktober Keemasan) Period”;
5. Promo OKE (Oktober Keemasan) is specifically designated for Treasury Users who purchase Gold through the Buy Gold feature in the Treasury Apps by using the special button displaying the promo amount as described in the table under point 8;
6. “Promo OKE (Oktober Keemasan)” is granted to all Treasury Users who register during the Promo OKE (Oktober Keemasan) Period and may only be used for the first transaction of such New User
7. The “Limited Promo for All Treasury Users” is granted to all Treasury Users during the Promo OKE (Oktober Keemasan) Period or while the quota remains available. This promo may only be used by each Treasury User no more than 2 (two) times during the Promo OKE (Oktober Keemasan) Period;
8. The discount amounts provided under Promo OKE (Oktober Keemasan) are detailed as follows:

9. Treasury Users shall automatically obtain the price after discount according to each respective promo as stated in the tables under point 8 of these Terms and Conditions, for the first Gold purchase (for New User Promo users) or for Gold purchases of specific amounts (for Limited Promo for All Treasury Users), provided that the special button displaying the promo amount is used at the time of payment;
10. The Gold purchase price under Promo OKE (Oktober Keemasan) shall be exclusive of tax fees and other transaction charges (if any);
11. Gold purchases may be conducted using all payment methods available in the Treasury Apps, except that Gold purchases priced at IDR 1 (one Rupiah) may only be paid using Go-Pay, OVO, ShopeePay, and Celengan Balance;
12. By participating in Promo OKE (Oktober Keemasan), Treasury Users shall be deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury Apps and the Treasury website for money laundering activities and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or any other unlawful acts;
13. By participating in Promo OKE (Oktober Keemasan), Treasury Users shall be deemed to have acknowledged, read, understood, and agreed to all the provisions herein;
14. Treasury Users who have previously been included in the Treasury blacklist shall not be eligible to participate in Promo OKE (Oktober Keemasan);
15. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the granting of discounts as referred to under Promo OKE (Oktober Keemasan) (including both sub-promotions therein, namely the New User Promo and the Limited Promo for All Treasury Users) if any indication of suspicious transactions is found and/or if such transactions may potentially harm Treasury and/or other third parties and/or if such transactions do not comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the competent authorities, the Treasury User Agreement, applicable Terms and Conditions at Treasury, and Treasury Users who have been included in the Treasury blacklist as referred to in point 14 above;
16. In addition to these Terms and Conditions of Promo OKE (Oktober Keemasan), Treasury Users shall also be subject to and required to comply with all Terms and Conditions and/or other binding provisions contained in the Treasury Apps and/or the Treasury website, unless expressly stated by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions shall not apply in the implementation of Promo OKE (Oktober Keemasan).
17. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users.
18. Treasury Users are advised to carefully read all terms and conditions before making any transactions through the Treasury app. For more information, Treasury Users can contact Treasury Customer Service via email at [email protected].
19. Treasury reserves the right to take necessary actions and follow up based on legal processes in accordance with Indonesian regulations if any fraudulent or criminal activities by Treasury Users are detected.
20. These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury.
21. Treasury is not responsible for any malware attacks, data theft, or other security issues caused by using devices that have been jailbroken or rooted.
22. Treasury Users are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to operate their Treasury accounts. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud, criminal acts, or losses arising from such transfers or authorizations, and all losses will be borne solely by the Treasury Users.
23. Treasury will not be responsible for errors resulting from Treasury Users’ negligence.
24. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use the Treasury app and website for activities or transactions that are not provided or promoted by Treasury.
25. Be cautious of scams claiming to be from Treasury. All official communications will only be made through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury app, and Treasury’s official social media channels. Treasury is not responsible for any losses incurred due to scams experienced by Treasury Users.
26. Treasury is not responsible for any activities or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not provided by Treasury on the Treasury app and website. Treasury Users understand and agree to release Treasury and its management, employees, and consultants from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibility, for misuse of activities or transactions by Treasury Users.
27. Treasury is a commodity trading platform, including but not limited to the first digital physical gold trading platform that has been licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on BAPPEBTI Head’s Decree Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and the Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021. This ensures the security of transactions conducted by Treasury Users on our platform.
28. The general terms and conditions of the Treasury App as available on the Treasury platform and website shall remain applicable to Treasury Users participating in this promo. Such general terms and conditions constitute an integral and inseparable part of this promo.
