Terms and Conditions of the Promo Hari Batik

Save Gold with Treasury and Bring Home an Orinoco Batik Tumbler!

1. “Gold” refers to digital gold purchased through the Treasury App;
2. “Treasury User” refers to all parties registered as users of the Treasury App and the Treasury website;
3. “Promo Hari Batik” refers to a reward program offering 1 (one) special Orinoco Batik Tumbler by purchasing Gold through the “Buy Gold” menu on the Treasury App;
4. The Promo Hari Batik program is valid from October 2, 2025, to October 31, 2025 (“Promo Hari Batik Period”);
5. The Promo Hari Batik program applies to all Treasury Users who make a minimum Gold purchase transaction of IDR 10,000 (ten thousand Rupiah) using the promo code “BATIKDAY25” during the Promo Hari Batik Period;
6. The Promo Hari Batik promo code cannot be combined with other promos;
7. Treasury will select 1 (one) lucky winner who will receive 1 (one) Special Orinoco Batik Tumbler after the Promo Hari Batik Period ends;
8. The winner selection decision is final and cannot be contested, except in cases as referred to in point 11 below;
9. The winner of the Promo Hari Batik program will be announced no later than 7 (seven) business days after the Promo Hari Batik Period ends through a post on the official Instagram account @wearetreasury;
10. Treasury Users participating in the Promo Hari Batik who are selected as winners will be contacted by Treasury via the official Treasury Email and WhatsApp for data verification purposes;
11. If the Treasury User determined as the winner of the Promo Hari Batik program cannot be contacted or does not respond when contacted by Treasury for data verification within 1×24 (one time twenty-four) hours after the first contact attempt, Treasury reserves the right to cancel the reward and reassign it to another qualified Treasury User;
12. In the event that the winner of the Promo Hari Batik program has been successfully verified by Treasury in accordance with Treasury’s stipulated terms, Treasury will send the reward to the winner within 7 (seven) business days after complete confirmation of winner data is received by Treasury. For the avoidance of doubt, the 7 (seven) business days period refers to the time Treasury submits the reward to the delivery service, while the actual delivery time may vary depending on courier operating hours, distance, and external factors;
13. If the reward is sent via courier, the shipping cost will be borne by Treasury. Furthermore, any loss that may occur during delivery by the courier, including but not limited to loss and/or damage to the reward, shall be the responsibility of the courier service;
14. The Gold purchase price in this Promo Hari Batik is exclusive of tax and other transaction fees (if any);
15. By participating in this Promo Hari Batik, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury App for money laundering and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or any other unlawful activities;
16. By participating in this Promo Hari Batik, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged, read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions;
17. Treasury Users who are listed on Treasury’s blacklist are not eligible to participate in this Promo Hari Batik;
18. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the discount or reward under the Promo Hari Batik if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or activities potentially detrimental to Treasury or third parties and/or not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, the rules of relevant authorities, the Treasury User Agreement, or Treasury’s applicable Terms and Conditions, as well as for Treasury Users listed on Treasury’s blacklist as referred to in point 17;
19. In addition to these Promo Hari Batik Terms and Conditions, Treasury Users are also subject and obligated to comply with all other binding terms and conditions contained in the Treasury App and/or the Treasury website.
20. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users.

22. Treasury reserves the right to take necessary actions and follow up based on legal processes in accordance with Indonesian regulations if any fraudulent or criminal activities by Treasury Users are detected.
23. These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury.
24. Treasury is not responsible for any malware attacks, data theft, or other security issues caused by using devices that have been jailbroken or rooted.
25. Treasury Users are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to operate their Treasury accounts. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud, criminal acts, or losses arising from such transfers or authorizations, and all losses will be borne solely by the Treasury Users.
26. Treasury will not be responsible for errors resulting from Treasury Users’ negligence.
27. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use the Treasury app and website for activities or transactions that are not provided or promoted by Treasury.
28. Treasury is not responsible for any activities or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not provided by Treasury on the Treasury app and website. Treasury Users understand and agree to release Treasury and its management, employees, and consultants from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibility, for misuse of activities or transactions by Treasury Users.
29. Treasury is a commodity trading platform, including but not limited to the first digital physical gold trading platform that has been licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on BAPPEBTI Head’s Decree Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and the Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
