Buy Gold Special Promo 5.5

1. “Gold” means digital gold purchased through Treasury Apps;
2. “Treasury Users” means all parties registered as users on Treasury Apps and Treasury website;
3. “Promo 5.5” is a discounted Gold purchase promo through the Buy Gold menu feature on Treasury Apps;
4. Promo 5.5 is only valid from May 5, 2025 to May 9, 2025 (“Promo 5.5 Period”);
5. Promo 5.5 is given to Treasury Users who purchase Gold on Treasury Apps by using promo code “NEWUSER5.5” exclusively for New Users and promo code “SPECIAL5.5” for all Treasury Users during the Promo 5.5 Period, with no minimum transaction for both promo codes;
6. Promo 5.5 can only be participated in 1 (one) time for each Treasury User who meets the criteria as referred to in number 5 above;
7. The discount to be received is 25% (twenty five percent) of the value of the Gold purchase made, with a maximum discount value of Rp25,000 (twenty five thousand Rupiah) for the first Gold purchase specifically for New Users, and a discount of 1.5% (one point five percent) of the value of the Gold purchase made with a maximum discount value of Rp2,500,000 (two million five hundred thousand Rupiah) for all Treasury Users;
8. Promo 5.5 is only limited to the first 100 (one hundred) Treasury Users who use the promo code as referred to in number 5 of these Terms and Conditions, during the Promo 5.5 Period;
9. The purchase price of Gold in this Promo 5.5 is the price excluding tax and other transaction fees (if any);
10. By participating in this Promo 5.5, the Treasury User is deemed to have known and agreed not to use the Treasury Apps and the Treasury website as an activity of money laundering and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other illegal acts;
11. By following Campaign 5.5, the Treasury User is deemed to have known, read, understood and agreed to all the provisions;
12. Treasury users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury are not eligible to participate in this Campaign 5.5;
13. Treasury has the right to cancel the discount as referred to in Promo 5.5 if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or potentially harmful to Treasury/other third parties and/or not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the competent authority, Treasury User Agreement, Terms and Conditions applicable in Treasury, and Treasury Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in number 12;
14. Apart from these Terms and Conditions of Promo 5.5, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all other Terms and Conditions and/or binding provisions contained in the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, except as expressly stated by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions do not apply in the implementation of this Promo 5.5 feature;
15. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;

17. Treasury reserves the right without prior notice to take necessary actions and follow up based on legal proceedings in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, if any form of action is found that qualifies as fraud and/or criminal offense committed by Treasury User;
18. These Terms and Conditions shall serve as a binding agreement between the Treasury User and Treasury;
19. Any type of malware attack, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices shall not be the responsibility of Treasury;
20. Each Treasury User shall not transfer and/or authorize any other person to operate the Treasury User account. Treasury will not be responsible for any fraud and/or crime and/or loss arising from the transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses will be fully borne by the Treasury User;
21. Treasury will not be liable for any errors arising from the negligence of Treasury Users;
22. Treasury does not allow Treasury Users to use Treasury Apps and Treasury website to perform activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
23. Beware of scams on behalf of Treasury. All these activities will only be informed through Treasury’s official website (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, and Treasury’s official social media. Treasury is not responsible for all losses arising from fraud experienced by Treasury Users;
24. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on Treasury Apps and Treasury website. The Treasury User hereby understands and agrees to release Treasury and all its management, employees and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for any misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by such Treasury User;
25. Treasury is a commodity trading platform including but not limited to the first digital physical Gold trading that has obtained a license from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021 based on the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 concerning Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Certificate of Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
