Terms and Conditions of Promo Beli Emas #BuatMasaDepan – Win a Derma dx810 Portable Vacuum Cleaner

Promo Period October 1–21, 2025

1. “Gold” refers to digital gold purchased through the Treasury App;
2. “Treasury Users” refers to all parties registered as users on the Treasury App and Treasury website;
3. “Promo Beli Emas #BuatMasaDepan” refers to a reward program offering one (1) Derma dx810 Portable Vacuum Cleaner for one (1) lucky Treasury User who purchases Gold through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury App during the Promo Period;
4. The Promo Beli Emas #BuatMasaDepan Program is valid only from October 1, 2025, to October 21, 2025 (“Promo Beli Emas #BuatMasaDepan Period”);
5. The Promo Beli Emas #BuatMasaDepan is available to all Treasury users who make transactions through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury App, with a minimum purchase of IDR 10,000 (ten thousand Rupiah) and by entering the promo code “BETTERFUTURE9” during the promo period.
6. Each Treasury User may make multiple purchases and use the promo code repeatedly to increase their chances of winning;
7. The Promo Beli Emas #BuatMasaDepan cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotion.
8. Treasury will select one (1) Treasury User who participates in the Promo Beli Emas #BuatMasaDepan as the Winner of the program in accordance with the qualifications determined by Treasury (“Winner”).
   The Winner of the Promo Beli Emas #BuatMasaDepan will receive one (1) Derma dx810 Portable Vacuum Cleaner.
9. The Winner of the Promo Beli Emas #BuatMasaDepan will be announced no later than seven (7) business days after the Promo Beli Emas #BuatMasaDepan period ends, through Treasury’s official Instagram account and official e-mail.
10. The Winner of the Promo Beli Emas #BuatMasaDepan will be contacted by Treasury via Treasury’s official e-mail and official WhatsApp for data verification purposes.
11. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond when contacted by Treasury for data verification within one (1) x twenty-four (24) hours after the first contact attempt, Treasury reserves the right to cancel the prize and transfer it to another Treasury User who meets the qualifications determined by Treasury.
12. In the event that the Winner has been successfully verified by Treasury based on the terms set by Treasury, Treasury will send the prize from the Promo Beli Emas #BuatMasaDepan program within seven (7) business days after the Winner’s data verification is completed and confirmed. To avoid any doubt, the seven (7) business day period refers to the timeframe within which Treasury is required to hand over the prize to the delivery service, while the estimated delivery time may vary depending on courier operational hours, distance, and other external factors.
13. If the prize is shipped via courier service, the delivery cost will be borne by Treasury. Any loss or damage that may occur during delivery by the courier, including but not limited to loss and/or damage to the prize, shall be the responsibility of the courier.
14. Treasury’s decision regarding the Winner is final and cannot be contested, except as otherwise stated in point 12.
15. The gold purchase price under the Promo Beli Emas #BuatMasaDepan program excludes any applicable taxes and other transaction fees (if any).
16. By participating in the Promo Beli Emas #BuatMasaDepan program, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury App for money laundering and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or any other unlawful activities.
17. By participating in the Promo Beli Emas #BuatMasaDepan program, Treasury Users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.
18. Treasury Users who have previously been listed on Treasury’s blacklist are not eligible to participate in the Promo Beli Emas #BuatMasaDepan.
19. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the prize delivery as stated in the Promo Beli Emas #BuatMasaDepan if any suspicious transaction and/or activities that may harm Treasury and/or other third parties are found, or if such activities are not in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the relevant authorities, Treasury User Agreement, Treasury’s applicable Terms and Conditions, or involve Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in point 13.
20. In addition to the terms and conditions of this Promo Beli Emas #BuatMasaDepan, Treasury Users are also subject to and must comply with all other binding terms and conditions available on the Treasury App and/or Treasury website, which form an integral part of this promo, unless otherwise stated in writing that certain provisions do not apply to this promo.
21. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users.

26. Treasury Users are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to operate their Treasury accounts. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud, criminal acts, or losses arising from such transfers or authorizations, and all losses will be borne solely by the Treasury Users.
27. Treasury will not be responsible for errors resulting from Treasury Users’ negligence.
28. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use the Treasury app and website for activities or transactions that are not provided or promoted by Treasury.
29. Be cautious of scams claiming to be from Treasury. All official communications will only be made through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury app, and Treasury’s official social media channels. Treasury is not responsible for any losses incurred due to scams experienced by Treasury Users.
30. Treasury is not responsible for any activities or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not provided by Treasury on the Treasury app and website. Treasury Users understand and agree to release Treasury and its management, employees, and consultants from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibility, for misuse of activities or transactions by Treasury Users.
31.
