Terms and Conditions Hallyu Giveaway NCT Dream

September 10 – September 30, 2025

1. The Hallyu Giveaway Special NCT Dream Edition (“Hallyu Giveaway”) is a gold purchase program through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury App, with a prize of 1 (one) Official NCT Dream Lightstick Special Edition for 1 (one) lucky winner;
2. The Hallyu Giveaway program is only valid for gold purchases made from September 10, 2025, until September 30, 2025 (“Hallyu Giveaway Period”);
3. The Hallyu Giveaway program applies to all Treasury Users who make a Buy Gold transaction with a minimum value of Rp10,000 (ten thousand Rupiah) using the promo code “NCTDREAM25” during the Hallyu Giveaway Period;
4. Treasury Users participating in the Hallyu Giveaway program may make gold purchases through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury App and use the promo code repeatedly to gain a greater chance of becoming the winner;
5. The promo code for the Hallyu Giveaway program cannot be combined with other promotions;
6. Treasury will select 1 (one) lucky winner who will receive 1 (one) Official NCT Dream Lightstick Special Edition;
7. The decision of the winner selection is final and cannot be contested, except under the circumstances referred to in point 10 below;
8. The winner of the Hallyu Giveaway program will be announced no later than 7 (seven) working days after the Hallyu Giveaway Period ends through a post on the official Instagram account @wearetreasury;
9. Treasury Users who are winners of the Hallyu Giveaway program will be contacted by Treasury via Treasury’s official Email and WhatsApp for data verification purposes;
10. If a Treasury User determined as the winner of the Hallyu Giveaway program cannot be reached or does not respond when contacted by Treasury for data verification within 1×24 (one time twenty-four) hours after being first contacted by Treasury, then Treasury has the right to cancel the prize for such Treasury User and reassign the Hallyu Giveaway prize to another Treasury User who participated in the program;
11. Once the winner of the Hallyu Giveaway program has been successfully verified by Treasury in accordance with Treasury’s requirements, Treasury will send the prize to the winner within 7 (seven) working days after complete confirmation of the winner’s data is received by Treasury, according to the provisions that will be further informed to the winner by Treasury. For the avoidance of doubt, the 7 (seven) working days is the period for Treasury to hand over the prize to the delivery service, while the estimated delivery time may vary depending on courier operational hours, distance, and other external factors;
12. In the event that the prize is delivered via courier service, the delivery fee will be borne by Treasury. Furthermore, all losses that may occur during the delivery of the prize by the courier service, including but not limited to loss and/or damage to the prize, shall be the responsibility of the courier service;
13. The purchase price of gold in this Hallyu Giveaway program is exclusive of taxes and other transaction fees (if any);
14. By participating in this Hallyu Giveaway program, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury App for money laundering activities and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or any other unlawful acts;
15. By participating in the Hallyu Giveaway program, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged, read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions;
16. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury cannot participate in this Hallyu Giveaway program;
17. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the prize in this Hallyu Giveaway program if any indication of suspicious transactions is found and/or transactions that may potentially harm Treasury/other third parties and/or transactions not in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, the relevant authority regulations, Treasury User Agreement, the Terms and Conditions applicable in Treasury, as well as Treasury Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in point 16;
18. In addition to the Terms and Conditions of this Hallyu Giveaway program, Treasury Users are also subject and required to comply with all other Terms and Conditions and/or other binding provisions contained in the Treasury App and/or Treasury website, which shall form an inseparable part of this promotion, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing that one or more provisions do not apply to this program feature.
19. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users.

21. Treasury reserves the right to take necessary actions and follow up based on legal processes in accordance with Indonesian regulations if any fraudulent or criminal activities by Treasury Users are detected.
22. These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury.
23. Treasury is not responsible for any malware attacks, data theft, or other security issues caused by using devices that have been jailbroken or rooted.
24. Treasury Users are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to operate their Treasury accounts. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud, criminal acts, or losses arising from such transfers or authorizations, and all losses will be borne solely by the Treasury Users.
25. Treasury will not be responsible for errors resulting from Treasury Users’ negligence.
26. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use the Treasury app and website for activities or transactions that are not provided or promoted by Treasury.
27. Be cautious of scams claiming to be from Treasury. All official communications will only be made through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury app, and Treasury’s official social media channels. Treasury is not responsible for any losses incurred due to scams experienced by Treasury Users.
28. Treasury is not responsible for any activities or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not provided by Treasury on the Treasury app and website. Treasury Users understand and agree to release Treasury and its management, employees, and consultants from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibility, for misuse of activities or transactions by Treasury Users.
29. Treasury is a commodity trading platform, including but not limited to the first digital physical gold trading platform that has been licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on BAPPEBTI Head’s Decree Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and the Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
