Terms and Conditions of the Promo Hari Pahlawan

1. “Promo Hari Pahlawan” refers to a discount promotion for Gold purchases through the Boy Gold menu on the Treasury App;
2. Promo Hari Pahlawan is valid only on November 10, 2025 (“Promo Hari Pahlawan Period”);
3. Promo Hari Pahlawan is limited to the first 100 (one hundred) Treasury Users who use the promo code “PAHLAWAN25” during the Promo Hari Pahlawan Period;
4. Each eligible Treasury User, as stated in point 3 above, may participate in Promo Hari Pahlawan only once;
5. The discount received will be 2% (two percent) of the total Gold purchase amount, with a maximum discount value of IDR100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah) per eligible User as mentioned in point 3 above;
6. The Gold purchase price in this Promo Hari Pahlawan is exclusive of taxes and any additional transaction fees (if applicable);
7. By participating in Promo Hari Pahlawan, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury App for money laundering and/or terrorism financing and/or the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or any other unlawful activities;
8. By joining Promo Hari Pahlawan, Treasury Users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions;
9. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury are not eligible to participate in Promo Hari Pahlawan;
10. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the discount granted under Promo Hari Pahlawan if any suspicious or potentially harmful transactions are detected, or if the activity is found to be inconsistent with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, the rules of competent authorities, the Treasury User Agreement, or any other applicable Treasury Terms and Conditions, as well as for Users listed on the Treasury blacklist as mentioned in point 9 above;
11. In addition to these Promo Hari Pahlawan Terms and Conditions, Treasury Users are also subject to and must comply with all other Terms and Conditions and/or binding provisions available on the Treasury App and/or Treasury website.
12. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users.

16. Treasury is not responsible for any malware attacks, data theft, or other security issues caused by using devices that have been jailbroken or rooted.
17. Treasury Users are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to operate their Treasury accounts. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud, criminal acts, or losses arising from such transfers or authorizations, and all losses will be borne solely by the Treasury Users.
18. Treasury will not be responsible for errors resulting from Treasury Users’ negligence.
19. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use the Treasury app and website for activities or transactions that are not provided or promoted by Treasury.
20. Be cautious of scams claiming to be from Treasury. All official communications will only be made through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury app, and Treasury’s official social media channels. Treasury is not responsible for any losses incurred due to scams experienced by Treasury Users.
21. Treasury is not responsible for any activities or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not provided by Treasury on the Treasury app and website. Treasury Users understand and agree to release Treasury and its management, employees, and consultants from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibility, for misuse of activities or transactions by Treasury Users.
22. Treasury is a commodity trading platform, including but not limited to the first digital physical gold trading platform that has been licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on BAPPEBTI Head’s Decree Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and the Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
