1. “Gold” means digital gold purchased through Treasury Apps.
2. “Treasury Users” are all parties registered as users on Treasury Apps and Treasury website.
3. “New User Merry Promo” is a special gold buying discount program for Treasury Users who have never made a transaction on Treasury Apps.
4. The Promo is valid from May 1, 2025 to May 31, 2025 (“Promo Period”).
5. Users must make a Gold purchase without a minimum purchase through the Buy Gold feature on Treasury Apps and use the promo code “MERIAH2025” at the time of purchase to get a special discount of 25% (twenty-five percent) up to Rp25,000 (twenty-five thousand rupiah).
6. This promo is only valid for digital Gold purchases through the Buy Gold feature on Treasury Apps by Treasury Users who have registered as Users before the Promo Period begins but have never made a transaction on Treasury Apps.
7. By participating in this New User Festive Promo, the Treasury User is deemed to have known and agreed not to use the Treasury Apps as money laundering activities and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other illegal acts;
8. By participating in this New User Festive Promo, the Treasury User is deemed to have known, read, understood and agreed to all existing provisions;
9. Treasury Users who are blacklisted by Treasury cannot participate in this New User Festive Promo;
10. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the provision of discounts as referred to in this New User Festive Promo if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or potentially harmful to Treasury/other third parties and/or not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the competent authority, Treasury User Agreement, Terms and Conditions applicable in Treasury, as well as Treasury Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in number 9;
11. Apart from these Terms and Conditions of the New User Festive Program, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all other Terms and Conditions and/or binding provisions contained in the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website;
12. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to Treasury Users;

14. Any action that is qualified as fraud and/or criminal action will be followed up by Treasury through legal process in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia;

16. Any type of malware attack, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices are not the responsibility of Treasury;.
17. Each Treasury User shall not transfer and/or authorize any other person to operate the Treasury User account. Treasury will not be responsible for any fraud and/or crime and/or loss arising from the transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses will be fully borne by the Treasury User;
18. Treasury will not be responsible for any errors arising from the negligence of the Treasury User;
19. Treasury does not allow Treasury Users to use Treasury Apps to perform activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
20. Treasury is not responsible for any activities and/or transactions performed by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on Treasury Apps. The Treasury User hereby understands and agrees to release Treasury and all its management, employees and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for any misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by such Treasury User;
21. Treasury is a commodity trading platform including but not limited to the first digital physical Gold trading that has obtained a license from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021 based on the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 concerning Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Certificate of Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
