Twice Hallyu Giveaway Terms and Conditions

June 10 – June 30, 2025

1. Hallyu Giveaway Special Edition Twice (“Hallyu Giveaway”) is a Gold purchase program through the Buy Gold feature on Treasury Apps with a prize of 1 (one) Twice Official Lightstick for 1 (one) lucky winner;
2. The Hallyu Giveaway Program is only valid for Gold purchases made on June 10, 2025 to June 30, 2025 (“Hallyu Giveaway Period”);
3. The Hallyu Giveaway Program is valid for all Treasury Users who make a Gold Purchase transaction of at least Rp10,000 (ten thousand Rupiah) by using the promo code “TWICE2025” during the Hallyu Giveaway Period;
4. Treasury Users who are participants of the Hallyu Giveaway program can make Gold purchases through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury Apps and use the promo code repeatedly to have a greater chance of becoming a winner;
5. Promo codes for this Hallyu Giveaway program cannot be combined with other promos;
6. Treasury will select 1 (one) lucky winner who will receive 1 (one) Official Twice Lightstick;
7. The decision to select the winner is absolute and inviolable, except in the conditions referred to in point 10 below;
8. The winner of the Hallyu Giveaway program will be announced a maximum of 7 (seven) working days after the Hallyu Giveaway Period ends through the Instagram post of the official @wearetreasury account;
9. Treasury Users who are lucky participants of the Hallyu Giveaway program will be contacted by Treasury via Treasury’s official Email and WhatsApp for data verification purposes;
10. If the Treasury User who is determined as the winner of the Hallyu Giveaway program cannot be contacted or does not respond when contacted by Treasury for data verification within 1×24 (one time twenty-four) hours after first contacted by Treasury, then Treasury reserves the right to cancel the award of the prize to such Treasury User and reserves the right to transfer the prize of the Hallyu Giveaway program to another Treasury User who participated in the Hallyu Giveaway program;
11. In the event that the winner of the Hallyu Giveaway program has been successfully verified by Treasury based on the conditions set by Treasury, Treasury will deliver the prize to the winner of the Hallyu Giveaway program within 7 (seven) business days after confirmation of the winner’s data is received completely from the winner to Treasury, in accordance with the conditions that will be further informed to the winner by Treasury. For the avoidance of doubt, the 7 (seven) working days deadline is the deadline for Treasury to deliver the prize to the expedition service, while the estimated delivery time is subject to change due to courier operating hours, distance, and other external factors.
12. In the event that the prize is delivered via expedition, the expedition costs will be borne by Treasury. Furthermore, all losses that may arise during the delivery of the prize by the expedition, including but not limited to loss and/or damage to the prize, are the responsibility of the expedition;
13. The purchase price of Gold in this Hallyu Giveaway program is the price excluding tax and other transaction fees (if any);
14. By participating in this Hallyu Giveaway program, Treasury User is deemed to have known and agreed not to use Treasury Apps as money laundering activities and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other illegal acts;
15. By participating in the Hallyu Giveaway program, Treasury User is deemed to have known, read, understood and agreed to all the provisions;
16. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury cannot participate in this Hallyu Giveaway program;
17. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the awarding of prizes as referred to in the Hallyu Giveaway program if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or potentially harmful to Treasury/other third parties and/or not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the competent authority, Treasury User Agreement, Terms and Conditions applicable in Treasury, as well as Treasury Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in number 16;
18. Apart from these Terms and Conditions of the Hallyu Giveaway program, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all other Terms and Conditions and/or binding provisions contained in Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, except those expressly stated by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions are not applicable in the implementation of this Jantastic Promo feature;
19. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;
20. Treasury Users are advised to carefully read all Terms and Conditions before making any transaction through Treasury Apps. For further information, Treasury Users can contact Treasury Customer Service via email [email protected];
21. Treasury reserves the right without prior notice to take necessary actions and follow up through legal process in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, if any form of action is found that qualifies as fraud and/or criminal offense committed by Treasury Users on Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website;
22. These Terms and Conditions shall serve as a binding agreement between the Treasury User and Treasury.
23. Any type of malware attack, data theft and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices shall not be the responsibility of Treasury.
24. Each Treasury User shall not transfer and/or authorize any other person to operate the Treasury User account. Treasury will not be responsible for any fraud and/or crime and/or loss arising from the transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses will be fully borne by the Treasury User;
25. Treasury will not be responsible for any errors arising from the negligence of the Treasury User;
26. Treasury does not allow the User to use the Treasury Apps to perform activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
27. Treasury is not responsible for any activities and/or transactions performed by the User that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on Treasury Apps. The User hereby understands and agrees to release Treasury and all its management, employees and consultants, from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for any misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by such User;
28. Beware of scams on behalf of Treasury. All these activities will only be informed through Treasury’s official website (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, as well as Treasury’s official social media. Treasury is not responsible for all losses arising from fraud experienced by Treasury Users;
29. Treasury is a commodity trading platform including but not limited to the first digital physical Gold trading that has obtained a license from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021 based on the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 concerning Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Certificate of Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
