1. “Gold” refers to digital gold purchased through the Treasury App.
2. “Mandaya Hospital Puri Patients” refers to all individuals registered as patients at Mandaya Hospital Puri.
3. “Treasury Users” refers to all individuals registered as users on the Treasury App and the Treasury website.
4. “Promo Kesehatan Terjaga, Hadiah Emas Menyapa” refers to the promotional program at Mandaya Hospital Puri, under which every patient undergoing a Medical Check-Up is entitled to receive one (1) Free Gold Voucher redeemable via the Treasury App, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
5. Promo Kesehatan Terjaga, Hadiah Emas Menyapa is valid from December 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026 (“Program Period”).
6. The promo applies to all Mandaya Hospital Puri patients who undergo the Standard Medical Check-Up service during the Program Period.
7. Mandaya Hospital Puri will provide one (1) physical Free Gold Voucher from Treasury to each patient who meets the eligibility requirements.
8. The value of the Free Gold Voucher is Rp50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah) and is valid for new Treasury users only.
9. To redeem and/or use the Voucher, patients are required to download and register an account on the Treasury App.
10. By participating in Promo Kesehatan Terjaga, Hadiah Emas Menyapa, patients of Mandaya Hospital Puri are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury App for money laundering, terrorism financing, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, or any other unlawful activities.
11. By joining this Promo, Mandaya Hospital Puri patients are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable provisions.
12. Treasury Users who have previously been placed on the Treasury blacklist are not eligible for this Promo.
13. Treasury reserves the right to cancel any reward under this Promo if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or activities that may harm Treasury or third parties, or that violate any laws or regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, requirements of relevant authorities, the Treasury User Agreement, or any other applicable Terms and Conditions. This includes users listed on the Treasury blacklist as referenced in point 8.
14. In addition to these Promo Terms and Conditions, Treasury Users are bound by all other applicable Terms and Conditions within the Treasury App and/or Treasury website, which form an integral part of this Promo unless otherwise specified in writing.

19. Treasury is not responsible for any malware attacks, data theft, or other security issues caused by using devices that have been jailbroken or rooted.
20. Treasury Users are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to operate their Treasury accounts. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud, criminal acts, or losses arising from such transfers or authorizations, and all losses will be borne solely by the Treasury Users.
21. Treasury will not be responsible for errors resulting from Treasury Users’ negligence.
22. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use the Treasury app and website for activities or transactions that are not provided or promoted by Treasury.
23. Be cautious of scams claiming to be from Treasury. All official communications will only be made through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury app, and Treasury’s official social media channels. Treasury is not responsible for any losses incurred due to scams experienced by Treasury Users.
24. Treasury is not responsible for any activities or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not provided by Treasury on the Treasury app and website. Treasury Users understand and agree to release Treasury and its management, employees, and consultants from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibility, for misuse of activities or transactions by Treasury Users.
25. Treasury is a commodity trading platform, including but not limited to the first digital physical gold trading platform that has been licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on BAPPEBTI Head’s Decree Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and the Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
