1. “Happy Mom Promo” is a program with a prize of 1 (one) Philips Juicer Extractor 800W for 1 (one) lucky winner by making a Gold purchase through the Buy Gold menu on the Treasury Apps;
2. The Happy Mom Promo Program period is only valid on June 17, 2025 – July 7, 2025 (“Happy Mom Promo Period”);
3. The Happy Mom Promo Program is valid for all Treasury Users who make a Gold Purchase transaction with a minimum purchase nominal of Rp10. 000 (ten thousand Rupiah) by using the promo code “HAPPYMOM5” during the Happy Mom Promo Period;
4. Participants can make purchases and use the promo code repeatedly to get a greater chance of becoming a winner;
5. This Happy Mom Promo cannot be combined with other promos;
6. Treasury will select 1 (one) lucky Participant who has met the qualifications determined by Treasury as the winner of the Happy Mom Promo Program;
7. The winner of the Happy Mom Promo program will get 1 (one) Philips Juicer Extractor 800W;
8. Winners of the Happy Mom Promo will be announced maximum 7 (seven) working days after the Happy Mom Promo Period ends, through the official Instagram account and official e-mail from Treasury;
9. Participants who are lucky and qualify as winners will be contacted by Treasury via Treasury’s Official E-mail and Whatsapp for data verification purposes;
10. If the Participant cannot be contacted or does not respond when contacted by Treasury for data verification within 1 x 24 (one time twenty-four) hours after the first time contacted by Treasury, Treasury has the right to cancel the awarding of the prize to the winning Participant and has the right to transfer the prize to another Participant;
11. In the event that the Participant has been successfully verified by Treasury based on the conditions set by Treasury, Treasury will send the prize to the winning Participant of the Happy Mom Promo Program within 7 (seven) working days after the confirmation of the winner’s data is received completely from the winner to Treasury, in accordance with the conditions that will be further informed to the winning Participant by Treasury. In the event that the prize is sent via expedition, the expedition fee will be borne by Treasury and all losses that may arise during delivery by the expedition, including but not limited to loss and/or damage to the prize, are the responsibility of the expedition;
12. Treasury’s decision on the Participant designated as the winner of the Happy Mom Promo Program is final and inviolable, except under the conditions referred to in number 10 above;
13. If there are obstacles related to the delivery range or stock of goods used as prizes, Treasury has the right at its discretion with prior notice to the relevant winner to replace the prize with a similar prize or digital gold voucher with the same value and in accordance with the price of physical prizes on the market at the time the prize will be delivered;
14. The purchase price of Gold in this Happy Mom Promo program is the price excluding tax and other transaction fees (if any);
15. By participating in this Happy Mom Promo program, Treasury Users are deemed to have known and agreed not to use Treasury Apps as money laundering activities and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other illegal acts;
16. By participating in the Happy Mom Promo program, Treasury Users are deemed to have known, read, understood and agreed to all the provisions;
17. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury cannot participate in this Happy Mom Promo Program;
18. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the provision of discounts as referred to in the Happy Mom Promo Program if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or potentially detrimental to Treasury/other third parties and/or not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the competent authority, Treasury User Agreement, Terms and Conditions applicable in Treasury, as well as Treasury Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in number 17;
19. Apart from these Terms and Conditions of the Happy Mom Promo program, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all other Terms and Conditions and/or binding provisions contained in the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, except those expressly stated by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions are not applicable in the implementation of this Happy Mom Promo;
20. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;

22. Treasury reserves the right without prior notice to take necessary actions and follow up based on legal proceedings in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, if any form of action is found that qualifies as fraud and/or criminal acts committed by Treasury Users;
23. These Terms and Conditions shall serve as a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury;
24. Any type of malware attack, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices shall not be the responsibility of Treasury;
25. Each Treasury User shall not transfer and/or authorize any other person to operate the Treasury User’s account. Treasury will not be responsible for any fraud and/or crime and/or loss arising from the transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses will be borne by the Treasury User;
26. Treasury will not be responsible for any errors arising from the negligence of the Treasury User, including but not limited to the inability to use the prize that has been sent by Treasury to the winning Participant;
27. Treasury does not allow Users to use Treasury Apps to perform activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
28. Beware of scams on behalf of Treasury. All these activities will only be informed through Treasury’s official website (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, as well as Treasury’s official social media. Treasury is not responsible for all losses arising from fraud experienced by Treasury Users;
29. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions carried out by Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on Treasury Apps. The User hereby understands and agrees to release Treasury and all its management, employees and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for any misuse of the activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by the User;
30. Treasury is a commodity trading platform including but not limited to the first digital physical Gold trading that has obtained a license from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on March 13, 2021 based on the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 concerning Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Certificate of Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
