Earth Day Special Green Gold Mission

Period April 22 – May 20, 2025

1. “Gold“ is digital gold purchased through Treasury Apps;
2. ”Treasury Users“ are all parties registered as users on Treasury Apps and Treasury website;
3. ”Green Gold Mission“ is a promo that can be used by all Treasury Users for a chance to get special prizes by using the Green Gold add-on in making gold purchases;
4. ‘Participants’ are Treasury Users who take part in the Green Gold Mission;
5. To get a chance to win prizes from the Green Gold Mission, Participants are required to complete the missions listed in the table above;
6. The Green Gold Mission runs from April 22, 2025 to May 20, 2025 (”Promo Period“);

8. Treasury will determine 1 (one) Participant who makes a transaction with the Green Gold add-on with the highest GMV as the winner who is entitled to get the prize as listed in the table above (“Winner”);
9. The winner of the Green Gold Mission will be announced a maximum of 7 (seven) working days after the Promo Period ends through the official Instagram account and official Email from Treasury;
10. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond when contacted by Treasury for data verification within 1×24 (one time twenty four) hours after first contacted by Treasury, Treasury reserves the right to cancel the award of the prize to the winning participant and has the right to transfer the prize to another Participant;
11. In the event that the Winner has been successfully verified by Treasury based on the conditions set by Treasury, Treasury will deliver the prize via expedition within a maximum of 7 (seven) business days after confirmation of the winner’s data is received in full from the winner to Treasury. For the avoidance of doubt, the time limit of 7 (seven) business days is the time limit for Treasury to deliver the prize to the expedition service, while the estimated delivery time may change due to courier delivery operating hours, distance, and other external factors;
12. Expedition costs will be borne by Treasury and all losses that may arise during delivery by the expedition, including but not limited to loss and/or damage to the prize, are the responsibility of the expedition;
13. Treasury’s decision on the participants who are determined as winners of the Green Gold Mission is final and inviolable;
14. The purchase price of Gold in this Green Gold Mission promo is the price excluding tax and other transaction costs (if any);
15. Treasury users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury cannot participate in this Promo feature;
16. Treasury reserves the right to disqualify the winner of this Green Gold Mission if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or potentially harmful to Treasury/other third parties and/or not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the competent authority, Treasury User Agreement, Terms and Conditions applicable in Treasury, as well as Treasury Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in point 15;
17. By participating in this Green Gold Mission feature, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use Treasury Apps as a means of money laundering and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other illegal acts;
18. By participating in the Green Gold Mission feature, Treasury Users are deemed to have known, read, understood and agreed to all the conditions;
19. Apart from these Terms and Conditions of the Green Gold Mission, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all other Terms and Conditions and/or binding provisions contained in the Apps and/or Treasury’s website, except as expressly stated by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions are not applicable in the implementation of this Green Gold Mission;
20. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;

22. Treasury reserves the right without prior notice to take necessary actions and follow up based on legal process in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, if any form of action is found that qualifies as fraud and/or criminal offense will be followed up by Treasury.
23. These Terms and Conditions shall serve as a binding agreement between the Treasury User and Treasury.
24. Any type of malware attack, data theft and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices are not the responsibility of Treasury.
25. Each Treasury User shall not transfer and/or authorize any other person to operate the Treasury User’s account. Treasury shall not be liable for any fraud and/or crime and/or loss arising from such transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses shall be borne solely by the Treasury User;
26. Treasury shall not be liable for any errors arising from the negligence of the Treasury User;
27. Treasury does not allow Treasury Users to use Treasury Apps to perform activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
28. Beware of scams on behalf of Treasury. All these activities will only be informed through Treasury’s official website (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, as well as Treasury’s official social media. Treasury is not responsible for all losses arising from fraud experienced by Treasury Users;
29. Treasury is not responsible for any activities and/or transactions performed by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on Treasury Apps. The Treasury User hereby understands and agrees to release Treasury and all its management, employees and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for any misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by such Treasury User;
30. Treasury is a commodity trading platform including but not limited to the first digital physical gold trading that has obtained a license from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021 based on the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 concerning Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Certificate of Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021. This makes transactions carried out by Users on our platform guaranteed security.
