Terms and Conditions of the Special 8.8 Gold Purchase Promotion

Purchase Gold with a Discount of up to Rp2.8 Million

1. “Gold” refers to digital gold purchased through the Treasury App;
2. “Treasury Users” refers to all parties registered as users on the Treasury App and Treasury website;
3. “8.8 Promotion” refers to a discount promotion for purchasing Gold through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury App;
4. The 8.8 Promo is only valid from August 8, 2025, to August 12, 2025 (“8.8 Promo Period”);
5. Promo 8.8 is given to Treasury Users who purchase Gold on the Treasury App using the promo code “NEWUSER8.8” specifically for New Users and the promo code “SPECIAL8.8” for all Treasury Users during the Promo 8.8 Period, with no minimum transaction for either promo code;
6. The 8.8 Promotion can only be participated in once per Treasury User who meets the criteria as stated in point 5 above;
7. The discount received will be 28% (twenty-eight percent) of the value of the gold purchase made, with a maximum discount value of IDR 28,000 (twenty-eight thousand Rupiah) for the first gold purchase specifically for new users, and a discount of 1.8% (one point eight percent) of the value of the Gold purchase made, with a maximum discount value of Rp2,800,000 (two million eight hundred thousand Rupiah) for all Treasury Users;
8.  The 8.8 Promotion is limited to the first 100 (one hundred) Treasury Users who use the promo code as referred to in point 5 of these Terms and Conditions, during the 8.8 Promotion Period;
9. The purchase price of Gold in this 8.8 Promotion is the price excluding taxes and other transaction fees (if any);
10. By participating in the 8.8 Promotion, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury Apps and Treasury website for money laundering and/or terrorist financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other unlawful activities;
11. By participating in the 8.8 Promotion, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged, read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions;
12. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury are not eligible to participate in the 8.8 Promotion;
13. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the discount as referred to in the 8.8 Promotion if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or transactions that may harm Treasury/other third parties and/or are not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, the regulations of the competent authorities, the Treasury User Agreement, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Treasury, and Treasury Users who have been placed on the Treasury blacklist as referred to in point 12;
14. In addition to these 8.8 Promotion Terms and Conditions, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all Terms and Conditions and/or other binding provisions contained in the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, which form an integral part of these promotion terms and conditions, unless otherwise stated in writing that one or more provisions do not apply to this 8.8 Promotion.
15. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;

17. Treasury reserves the right, without prior notice, to take necessary actions and pursue legal proceedings in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, if any form of action is found to qualify as fraud and/or criminal activity committed by Treasury Users;
18. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury;
19. All types of malware attacks, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices are not the responsibility of Treasury;
20. No Treasury User is permitted to transfer and/or grant authority to another person to operate the Treasury User account. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud and/or criminal acts and/or losses arising from the transfer and/or granting of authority to operate the account, and all losses will be fully borne by the Treasury User;
21. Treasury shall not be liable for any errors arising from the negligence of Treasury Users;
22. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use the Treasury Apps and Treasury website to engage in activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
23. Be cautious of scams claiming to be from Treasury. All such activities will only be communicated through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, and official Treasury social media. Treasury shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of scams experienced by Treasury Users;
24. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions carried out by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on the Treasury Apps and Treasury website. Treasury Users hereby understand and agree to release Treasury, along with its entire management, employees, and consultants, from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for the misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions carried out by such Treasury Users;
25. Treasury is a commodity trading platform that includes but is not limited to the first digital physical gold trading platform that has obtained a license from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on the Decision of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P -ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama, as well as the Approval Certificate as a Digital Physical Gold Trader No. 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
