Merdeka Promotion Terms and Conditions

August 1–31, 2025

1. “Gold” is digital gold purchased through the Treasury App;
2. “Treasury User” is any party registered as a user on the Treasury App and Treasury website;
3. “Merdeka Promo” is a gold purchase promotion that includes two sub-promotions: “New User Promo” (as defined in section 6) and “Limited Promo for All Treasury Users” (as defined in section 7);
4. This Merdeka Promo is valid from August 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025 (“Merdeka Promo Period”);
5. This Merdeka Promo is specifically for Treasury Users who purchase Gold through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury App using a special button displaying the promo amount as outlined in the table in section 8;
6. The “New User Promotion” is given to all Treasury Users who register during the Merdeka Promotion Period (“New Users”) and can only be used for the New User’s first transaction;
7. The “Limited Promotion for All Treasury Users” is given to all Treasury Users during the Merdeka Promotion Period or while quotas are still available. This promotion can only be used by Treasury Users a maximum of 2 (two) times during the Merdeka Promotion Period;
8. The discount amount offered in the Merdeka Promotion is detailed as follows:

Discount of up to 99.9% (ninety-nine point nine percent) for first-time purchases with a maximum discount of Rp5,000 (five thousand Rupiah).

9. Treasury users will automatically receive the discounted price according to each promotion used as stated in the table in point 8 of these Terms and Conditions for the first purchase of Gold (for New User Promotions) or the purchase of Gold with a certain nominal value (for Limited Promotions for All Treasury Users) when using the special button that displays the promotional nominal value during payment;
10. The purchase price of Gold in this Merdeka Promotion is exclusive of taxes and other transaction fees (if any);
11. Gold purchases can be made using all payment methods available in the Treasury App, except for Gold purchases priced at Rp1 (one Rupiah), which can only be made using Go-Pay, OVO, ShopeePay, and Celengan Balance payment methods;
12. By participating in this Merdeka Promo, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury App and Treasury website for money laundering and/or terrorist financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other unlawful activities;
13. By participating in the Merdeka Promotion, Treasury Users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions;
14. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury are not eligible to participate in this Merdeka Promotion;
15. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the discount as referred to in the Merdeka Promo (including the two sub-promos within it, namely the New User Promo and the Limited Promo for All Treasury Users) if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or transactions that may harm Treasury/other third parties and/or are not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, the regulations of the competent authorities, the Treasury User Agreement, the applicable Terms and Conditions at Treasury, and Treasury Users who have been placed on Treasury’s blacklist as referred to in point 14 above;
16. In addition to these Merdeka Promotion Terms and Conditions, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all Terms and Conditions and/or other binding provisions contained in the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, unless Treasury expressly states that such Terms and Conditions do not apply to the implementation of this Merdeka Promotion;
17. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;
18. Treasury Users are advised to carefully read all Terms and Conditions before conducting any transactions through the Treasury App. Treasury Users may contact Treasury Customer Service via email at [email protected] for further information;
19. Treasury reserves the right, without prior notice, to take necessary actions and follow up in accordance with legal processes in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, if any form of action is found to qualify as fraud and/or criminal acts committed by Treasury Users;
20. These Terms and Conditions apply as a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury;
21. Any type of malware attack, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices are not the responsibility of Treasury;
22. No Treasury User is permitted to transfer and/or grant authority to another person to operate the Treasury User’s account. Treasury shall not be liable for any fraud and/or criminal acts and/or losses arising from the transfer and/or granting of authority to operate the account, and all losses shall be borne entirely by the Treasury User;
23. Treasury shall not be liable for any errors arising from the negligence of Treasury Users;
24. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use Treasury Apps and the Treasury website to conduct activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
25. Be cautious of scams claiming to be from Treasury. All such activities will only be communicated through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, and official Treasury social media channels. Treasury shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of scams experienced by Treasury Users;
26. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on the Treasury App and Treasury website. Treasury Users hereby understand and agree to release Treasury, along with its entire management, employees, and consultants, from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for the misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions carried out by such Treasury Users;
27. Treasury is a commodity trading platform that includes but is not limited to the first digital physical gold trading platform to obtain a license from the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on May 13, 2021, based on the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P -ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama, as well as the Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader No. 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021. This ensures the security of transactions conducted by Treasury users on our platform.
28. The general terms and conditions of the Treasury App, as available on the Treasury platform and website, remain applicable to Treasury Users participating in this promotion. These general terms and conditions form an integral and inseparable part of this promotion.
