Period September 1 – 21, 2025

1. “Gold” is digital gold purchased through the Treasury App;
2. “Treasury Users” are all parties registered as users on the Treasury App and Treasury website;
3. “Gold Purchase Promo #BuatMasaDepan” is a promotional program with a prize of 1 (one) Kels 1.5 Ltr Hartwell Coffee Maker for 1 (one) lucky Treasury User who makes a Gold purchase through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury App during the Promo Period;
4. The Gold Purchase Promo #BuatMasaDepan is valid only from 1 September 2025 – 21 September 2025 (“Promo Period”);
5. The Promo is applicable to all Treasury Users who make transactions through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury App with a minimum transaction of Rp10,000 (ten thousand Rupiah) and use the promo code “BETTERFUTURE8” during the Promo Period;
6. Each Treasury User may make purchases and use the promo code multiple times to increase their chances of becoming the Winner;
7. This Promo cannot be combined with any other promotions;
8. Treasury will select 1 (one) Treasury User participating in the Gold Purchase Promo #BuatMasaDepan as the Winner in accordance with the qualifications determined by Treasury (“Winner”);
9. The Winner will receive 1 (one) Kels 1.5 Ltr Hartwell Coffee Maker;
10. The Winner will be announced no later than 7 (seven) business days after the Promo Period ends, through Treasury’s official Instagram account and official email;
11. The Winner will be contacted by Treasury via official email and Treasury’s official WhatsApp for data verification purposes;
12. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond when contacted by Treasury for verification within 1 x 24 (twenty-four) hours after the first contact attempt, Treasury reserves the right to cancel the prize and reallocate it to another Treasury User who meets the qualifications determined by Treasury;
13. Upon successful verification of the Winner by Treasury, based on Treasury’s stipulated requirements, Treasury will deliver the prize to the Winner within 7 (seven) business days after complete data confirmation is received from the Winner. For the avoidance of doubt, the 7 (seven) business days period refers to the timeframe for Treasury to hand over the prize to the courier service, while the estimated delivery time may vary depending on courier operational hours, distance, and other external factors;
14. If the prize is shipped through a courier service, the delivery cost will be borne by Treasury. Any loss or damage that may occur during delivery by the courier, including but not limited to loss and/or damage of the prize, shall be the responsibility of the courier service;
15. Treasury’s decision regarding the Winner is final and binding and cannot be contested, except as referred to in point 12;
16. The Gold purchase price under this Promo is exclusive of taxes and other transaction fees (if any);
17. By participating in this Promo, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury App for money laundering and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or any other unlawful activities;
18. By participating in this Promo, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged, read, understood, and agreed to all applicable provisions;
19. Treasury Users previously listed on Treasury’s blacklist are not eligible to participate in this Promo;
20. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the prize granted under this Promo if suspicious transactions are detected and/or if such activities potentially harm Treasury/third parties and/or are not in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, the rules of relevant authorities, the Treasury User Agreement, Treasury’s Terms & Conditions, including Treasury Users who are blacklisted as referred to in point 19;
21. In addition to these Terms & Conditions, Treasury Users are also subject to and must comply with all other Terms & Conditions and/or binding provisions contained in the Treasury App and/or Treasury website, which form an integral part of this Promo, unless otherwise stated in writing that one or more provisions do not apply to this Promo;
22. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users.

26. Treasury is not responsible for any malware attacks, data theft, or other security issues caused by using devices that have been jailbroken or rooted.
27. Treasury Users are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to operate their Treasury accounts. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud, criminal acts, or losses arising from such transfers or authorizations, and all losses will be borne solely by the Treasury Users.
28. Treasury will not be responsible for errors resulting from Treasury Users’ negligence.
29. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use the Treasury app and website for activities or transactions that are not provided or promoted by Treasury.
30. Be cautious of scams claiming to be from Treasury. All official communications will only be made through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury app, and Treasury’s official social media channels. Treasury is not responsible for any losses incurred due to scams experienced by Treasury Users.
31. Treasury is not responsible for any activities or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not provided by Treasury on the Treasury app and website. Treasury Users understand and agree to release Treasury and its management, employees, and consultants from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibility, for misuse of activities or transactions by Treasury Users.
32.
