Terms and Conditions of the 8.8 Gold Harvest Promotion

Get an Extra Gold Bonus of up to 12% p.a.

1. “Gold” is digital gold purchased through the Treasury App;
2. “Treasury Users” are all parties registered as users on the Treasury App and Treasury website;
3. “8.8 Gold Harvest Promo” is a promotional program available to all Treasury Users on the Gold Harvest feature in the Treasury App to obtain additional gold grams (“Gold Bonus”) by storing gold in the Treasury App for the duration specified in the table above, where Treasury Users can choose between 14, 30, 90, and 180 days (“Gold Harvest Duration”) during the Gold Harvest 8.8 Promotion Period listed in point 4 below;
4. The 8.8 Gold Harvest Promotion is valid from August 8, 2025, to August 12, 2025 (“8.8 Gold Harvest Promotion Period”);
5. The term “Day” in these Terms and Conditions refers to calendar days;
6. Gold bonuses will be given to Treasury Users in accordance with the table above based on the annual percentage of the gold gram weight stored by Treasury Users in the Treasury Apps during the 8.8 Gold Harvest Promotion Period;
7. The amount of the gold bonus refers to the gold gram weight stored and the Gold Harvest Duration selected by the Treasury User in accordance with the table above;
8. Payment methods for the 8.8 Gold Harvest Promotion can be made via the Celengan balance or other payment methods available on the Treasury App;
9. The Gold balance stored during the Gold Harvest Duration selected by the Treasury User will be transferred to the Treasury User’s Gold balance when the Gold Harvest Duration ends, along with the Gold Bonus earned during the 8.8 Gold Harvest Promotion Period;
10. The Gold Bonus that Treasury Users will receive from the 8.8 Gold Harvest Promotion listed in the table above includes taxes and other fees (if any);
11. If a Treasury User withdraws the Gold being stored before the selected Gold Harvesting Period ends, the Treasury User will be charged an early withdrawal fee of 0.5% (zero point five percent) of the gram weight of the stored Gold. By withdrawing the stored Gold before the selected Gold Harvesting Period ends, the Gold Bonus referred to in points 6 and 9 becomes invalid;
12. The maximum number of Gold Harvests that can be conducted simultaneously during the Gold Harvest 8.8 Promotion Period is 50 (fifty) Gold Harvests, with a maximum storage of 1 (one) kilogram of Gold per Gold Harvest;
13. Treasury Users who have previously been placed on the Treasury blacklist are not eligible to participate in the Gold Harvest 8.8 Promotion feature;
14. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the 8.8 Gold Harvest Promotion if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or transactions that could potentially harm Treasury/other third parties and/or are not in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the competent authorities, the Treasury User Agreement, the Terms and Conditions applicable at Treasury, and Treasury Users who have been blacklisted (blacklist) as referred to in point 13 above;
15. By participating in the 8.8 Gold Harvest Promotion, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury Apps and Treasury website as a means for money laundering and/or terrorist financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other unlawful activities;
16. By participating in the 8.8 Gold Harvest Promotion, Treasury Users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions;
17. In addition to the Terms and Conditions of the 8.8 Gold Harvest Promotion, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all Terms and Conditions and/or other binding terms and conditions contained within the Treasury Apps and/or website, which form an integral part of these promotional terms and conditions, unless otherwise stated in writing that one or more terms and conditions do not apply to the 8.8 Gold Harvest Promotion.
18. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;
19. Treasury Users are advised to carefully read all Terms and Conditions before conducting any transactions through the Treasury App. Treasury Users may contact Treasury Customer Service via email at [email protected] for further information;
20. Treasury reserves the right, without prior notice, to take necessary actions and pursue legal proceedings in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia, if any form of action is found to qualify as fraudulent and/or criminal conduct by Treasury Users;
21. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury;
22. All types of malware attacks, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices are not the responsibility of Treasury;
23. No Treasury User is permitted to transfer and/or grant authority to another person to operate the Treasury User account. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud and/or criminal acts and/or losses arising from the transfer and/or granting of authority to operate the account, and all losses will be fully borne by the Treasury User;
24. Treasury shall not be liable for any errors arising from the negligence of Treasury Users;
25. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use the Treasury Apps and Treasury website to engage in activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
26. Be cautious of scams claiming to be from Treasury. All such activities will only be communicated through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), the Treasury Apps, and official Treasury social media channels. Treasury shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of scams experienced by the Treasury User;
27. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions carried out by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on the Treasury Apps. Treasury Users hereby understand and agree to release Treasury, along with its entire management, employees, and consultants, from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for the misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions carried out by such Treasury Users;
28. Treasury is a commodity trading platform that includes but is not limited to the first digital physical gold trading platform that has obtained a license from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on the Decision of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P -ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama, as well as the Approval Certificate as a Digital Physical Gold Trader No. 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
