Period May 4 – May 31, 2025

1. “Gold” means digital gold purchased through Treasury Apps;
2. “Treasury Users” means all parties registered as users on Treasury Apps and Treasury website;
3. “#RiseFinance Mission” is a program that can be followed by all Treasury Users to have the opportunity to get special prizes and gold vouchers by completing the #RiseFinance mission in accordance with the terms and conditions of the program;
4. “Participant” is a Treasury User who participates in Mission #RiseFinance;
5. To get a chance to win prizes from #RiseFinance Mission, Participants are required to complete the missions as listed in the table above;
6. The #RiseFinance Mission runs from May 4, 2025 to May 31, 2025 (“Campaign Period”);
7. Each participant is required to purchase Gold without using promo at least 1 (one) time in each week consecutively for 4 (four) weeks in accordance with the Program Period with a minimum accumulation of Rp5,000,000 (five million Rupiah);
8. Treasury will determine 3 (three) winners who meet all Program terms and conditions and make the most transactions with the highest nominal value in the #RiseFinance mission who are entitled to get the prizes as listed in the table above (“Winners”);
9. The winners of #RiseFinance Mission will be announced maximum 7 (seven) working days after the Promo Period ends through the official Instagram account and official Email from Treasury;
10. Winners of #RiseFinance Mission who qualify as winners will be contacted by Treasury through Treasury Official Email and WhatsApp for data verification purposes;
11. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond when contacted by Treasury for data verification within 1×24 (one time twenty four) hours after first contacted by Treasury, Treasury reserves the right to cancel the awarding of the prize to the winning participant and has the right to transfer the prize to another Participant;
12. In the event that the Winner has been successfully verified by Treasury based on the conditions set by Treasury, Treasury will send the prize via expedition within a maximum of 7 (seven) working days after confirmation of the winner’s data is received in full from the winner to Treasury. For the avoidance of doubt, the 7 (seven) working days deadline is the deadline for Treasury to deliver the prize to the expedition service, while the estimated delivery time is subject to change due to courier operating hours, distance, and other external factors;
13. Expedition costs will be borne by Treasury and all losses that may arise during delivery by the expediter, including but not limited to loss and/or damage to the prize, are the responsibility of the expediter;
14. Treasury’s decision on the participants who are determined as winners of the #RiseFinance Mission is final and cannot be contested;
15. The purchase price of Gold in this Mission #RiseFinance promo is excluding tax and other transaction fees (if any);
16. Treasury users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury are not eligible to participate in this Promo feature;
17. Treasury reserves the right to disqualify the winner of this #RiseFinance Mission if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or potentially harmful to Treasury/other third parties and/or not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the competent authority, Treasury User Agreement, Terms and Conditions applicable in Treasury, as well as Treasury Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in number 15;
18. By participating in this #RiseFinance Mission feature, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use Treasury Apps as a means of money laundering and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other illegal acts;
19. By participating in the #RiseFinance Mission feature, the Treasury User is deemed to have known, read, understood and agreed to all existing conditions;
20. Apart from these #RiseFinance Mission Terms and Conditions, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all other Terms and Conditions and/or binding provisions contained in the Apps and/or Treasury website, except those expressly stated by Treasury that the Terms and Conditions are not applicable in the implementation of this #RiseFinance Mission;
21. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;

23. Treasury reserves the right without prior notice to take necessary actions and follow up based on legal process in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, if any form of action is found that qualifies as fraud and/or criminal offense will be followed up by Treasury.
24. These Terms and Conditions shall serve as a binding agreement between the Treasury User and Treasury.
25. Any type of malware attack, data theft and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices are not the responsibility of Treasury.
26. Each Treasury User shall not transfer and/or authorize any other person to operate the Treasury User account. Treasury shall not be liable for any fraud and/or crime and/or loss arising from the transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses shall be borne by the Treasury User;
27. Treasury will not be responsible for any errors arising from Treasury User’s negligence;
28. Treasury tidak memperkenankan Pengguna Treasury untuk menggunakan Apps Treasury dalam melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan dan/atau transaksi-transaksi yang bukan merupakan kegiatan dan/atau fitur dan/atau transaksi yang disediakan dan/atau dipromosikan oleh Treasury;
29. Hati-hati dengan penipuan yang mengatasnamakan Treasury. Semua kegiatan ini hanya akan diinformasikan melalui situs resmi Treasury (www.treasury.id), Apps Treasury, serta media sosial resmi Treasury. Treasury tidak bertanggung jawab terhadap seluruh kerugian yang timbul atas penipuan yang dialami Pengguna Treasury;
30. Treasury tidak bertanggung jawab atas kegiatan-kegiatan dan/atau transaksi-transaksi yang dilakukan oleh Pengguna Treasury yang bukan merupakan kegiatan dan/atau fitur dan/atau transaksi yang disediakan oleh Treasury pada Apps Treasury. Pengguna Treasury dengan ini memahami dan menyetujui untuk melepaskan Treasury beserta seluruh manajemen, karyawan dan konsultannya, dari tanggung jawab, yang termasuk tapi tidak terbatas pada pertanggungjawaban secara hukum dan finansial, atas penyalahgunaan kegiatan dan/atau fitur dan/atau transaksi yang dilakukan oleh Pengguna Treasury tersebut;
31.
