1. The “Promo Happy Mom October” program awards 1 (one) Bread Toaster Sharp KZ-2S02 to 1 (one) lucky winner who purchases gold through the Buy Gold menu on the Treasury App.
2. The Promo Happy Mom October is valid from 17 October 2025 – 17 November 2025. (“Happy Mom Oktober Promo Periode”);
3. The program applies to all Treasury users who make a gold purchase of at least IDR 10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupiah) using the promo code “HAPPYMOM6” during the Happy Mom Oktober Promo Period.
4. Participants may make purchases and use the promo code multiple times to increase their chances of winning.
5. This Promo Happy Mom October cannot be combined with other promotions.
6. Treasury will select 1 (one) participant who meets the eligibility criteria as the winner of the Promo Happy Mom October.
7. The winner will receive 1 (one) set of Bread Toaster Sharp KZ-2S02.
8. The winner will be announced within 7 (seven) business days after the end of the Promo Period via Treasury’s official Instagram account and official Treasury email.
9. The eligible winner will be contacted by Treasury via official Treasury Email and WhatsApp for data verification purposes.
10. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 1 x 24 hours after first contact by Treasury, Treasury reserves the right to cancel the prize and award it to another participant.
11. Once verified by Treasury according to the criteria established by Treasury, the prize will be delivered to the winner within 7 (seven) business days after complete confirmation of the winner’s data. If the prize is shipped via courier, shipping costs will be borne by Treasury, and any loss or damage incurred during delivery is the responsibility of the courier.
12. Treasury’s decision regarding the winner of the Promo Happy Mom October is final and binding, except as specified above.
13. If there are issues related to delivery coverage or stock availability of the prize, Treasury reserves the right, at its discretion, with prior notice to the winner, to replace the prize with a similar item or a digital gold voucher of equivalent value based on the market price of the physical prize at the time of delivery.
14. Gold purchase prices in the Promo Happy Mom October program exclude taxes and other transaction fees (if any).
15. By participating, Treasury users are deemed to acknowledge and agree not to use the Treasury App for money laundering, terrorism financing, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, or any other illegal activities.

25. Treasury Users are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to operate their Treasury accounts. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud, criminal acts, or losses arising from such transfers or authorizations, and all losses will be borne solely by the Treasury Users.
26. Treasury will not be responsible for errors resulting from Treasury Users’ negligence.
27. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use the Treasury app and website for activities or transactions that are not provided or promoted by Treasury.
28. Be cautious of scams claiming to be from Treasury. All official communications will only be made through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury app, and Treasury’s official social media channels. Treasury is not responsible for any losses incurred due to scams experienced by Treasury Users.
29. Treasury is not responsible for any activities or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not provided by Treasury on the Treasury app and website. Treasury Users understand and agree to release Treasury and its management, employees, and consultants from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibility, for misuse of activities or transactions by Treasury Users.
30.
