Terms and Conditions for Promo Panen Emas 10.10

Get an Extra Gold Bonus of up to 12% p.a

1. “Emas” is a to digital gold purchased through the Treasury App;
2. “Treasury Users” are all parties registered as users on the Treasury App and Treasury website;
3. “Promo Panen Emas 10.10” is a promotional program available to all Treasury Users through the Panen Emas feature in the Treasury App to earn additional gold grams (“Gold Bonus”) by storing gold in the Treasury App for the durations listed in the table above. Treasury Users can choose from four durations: 14, 30, 90, and 180 days (“Panen Emas Duration”) during the Promo Panen Emas 10.10 Period specified in section 4 below;
4. The Promo Panen Emas 10.10 is valid from October 10, 2025, to October 13, 2025 (“Promo Panen Emas 10.10 Period”);
5. “Day” as mentioned in these Terms and Conditions means calendar day;
6. Gold Bonus will be given to Treasury Users as per the table above, based on the annual percentage rate of the gold grams stored by Treasury Users in the Treasury App during the Promo Panen Emas 10.10 Period;
7. The amount of Gold Bonus depends on the stored gold grams and the Panen Emas Duration selected by Treasury Users according to the table above;
8. Payment methods for Promo Panen Emas 10.10 can be made via Celengan balance or other payment methods available in the Treasury App;
9. Gold balance stored for the selected Panen Emas Duration will be transferred back to the Treasury User’s gold balance once the duration ends, along with the earned Gold Bonus during the Promo Panen Emas 10.10 Period;
10. The Gold Bonus received by Treasury Users from Promo Panen Emas 10.10, as listed in the table above, already includes taxes and any other fees (if applicable);
11. If a Treasury User withdraws stored gold before the selected Panen Emas Duration ends, an early withdrawal fee of 0.5% (zero point five percent) of the stored gold grams’ value will be charged. Early withdrawal will void the Gold Bonus described in sections 6 and 9;
12. The maximum number of simultaneous Panen Emas running during the Promo Panen Emas 10.10 Period is 50 (fifty), with a maximum of 1 (one) kilogram of gold stored per Panen Emas;
13. Treasury Users who are on Treasury’s blacklist are not eligible to participate in the Promo Panen Emas 10.10;
14. Treasury reserves the right to cancel this Promo Panen Emas 10.10 in case of suspicious transactions and/or transactions that may harm Treasury or third parties and/or violate laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia, regulatory authority rules, Treasury User Agreements, applicable Terms and Conditions at Treasury, or if a Treasury User is listed on Treasury’s blacklist as mentioned in section 13;
15. By participating in Promo Panen Emas 10.10, Treasury Users acknowledge and agree not to use the Treasury App or website for money laundering, terrorism financing, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, or other unlawful acts;
16. By taking part in Promo Panen Emas 10.10, Treasury Users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions;
17. In addition to these Promo Panen Emas 10.10 Terms and Conditions, Treasury Users must comply with all other applicable Terms and Conditions and/or binding rules found in the Treasury App and/or website, which form an integral part of this promo’s provisions, unless otherwise stated in writing;
18. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users.

22. Treasury is not responsible for any malware attacks, data theft, or other security issues caused by using devices that have been jailbroken or rooted.
23. Treasury Users are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to operate their Treasury accounts. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud, criminal acts, or losses arising from such transfers or authorizations, and all losses will be borne solely by the Treasury Users.
24. Treasury will not be responsible for errors resulting from Treasury Users’ negligence.
25. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use the Treasury app and website for activities or transactions that are not provided or promoted by Treasury.
26. Be cautious of scams claiming to be from Treasury. All official communications will only be made through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury app, and Treasury’s official social media channels. Treasury is not responsible for any losses incurred due to scams experienced by Treasury Users.
27. Treasury is not responsible for any activities or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not provided by Treasury on the Treasury app and website. Treasury Users understand and agree to release Treasury and its management, employees, and consultants from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibility, for misuse of activities or transactions by Treasury Users.
28. Treasury is a commodity trading platform, including but not limited to the first digital physical gold trading platform that has been licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on BAPPEBTI Head’s Decree Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and the Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
