1. “Gold” means digital gold purchased through Treasury Apps;
2. “Treasury Users” means all parties registered as users on Treasury Apps and Treasury website;
3. “Buy Gold #MakeYourFuture Promo” is a program with a prize of 1 (one) Xiaomi Redmi TV Soundbar Speaker for 1 (one) lucky winner who purchases Gold through the Buy Gold menu on Treasury Apps during the Buy Gold #MakeYourFuture Promo Period;
4. The Buy Gold #MakeYourFuture Promo Program period is only valid on May 1, 2025 – May 18, 2025 (“Buy Gold #MakeYourFuture Promo Period”);

8. Treasury will select 1 (one) Treasury User who participates in the Buy Gold #MakeYourFuture Promo as the lucky winner of the Buy Gold #MakeYourFuture Promo Program in accordance with the qualifications determined by Treasury (“Winner”);
9. The Winner of the Buy Gold #MakeYourFuture Promo will get 1 (one) Xiaomi Redmi TV Soundbar Speaker;
10. Winners of the Buy Gold #MakeYourFuture Promo will be announced a maximum of 7 (seven) working days after the Buy Gold #MakeYourFuture Promo Period ends through Treasury’s Instagram account and official e-mail;
11. Winners of the Buy Gold #MakeYourFuture Promo will be contacted by Treasury via e-mail and Treasury’s Official Whatsapp for data verification purposes;
12. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond when contacted by Treasury for data verification within 1 x 24 (one time twenty four) hours after first contacted by Treasury, Treasury reserves the right to cancel the prize to the Winner and has the right to transfer the prize to another Treasury User who meets the qualifications determined by Treasury;
13. In the event that the Winner has been successfully verified by Treasury based on the conditions set by Treasury, Treasury will send the prize to the Winner of the Buy Gold #MakeYourFuture Promo Program within 7 (seven) business days after the confirmation of the Winner’s data is received completely from the Winner to Treasury, in accordance with the conditions that will be further informed to the Winner by Treasury. For the avoidance of doubt, the time limit of 7 (seven) business days is the time limit for Treasury to deliver the prize to the expedition service, while the estimated delivery time may change due to courier delivery operating hours, distance, and other external factors.
14. In the event that the prize is sent via expedition, the expedition fee will be borne by Treasury and all losses that may arise during delivery by the expedition, including but not limited to loss and/or damage to the prize, are the responsibility of the expedition;
15. Treasury’s decision on the Winner is final and inviolable with the exception of point 12;
16. The purchase price of Gold in this Buy Gold #MakeYourFuture Promo program is the price excluding tax and other transaction fees (if any);
17. By participating in the Buy Gold #MakeYourFuture Promo program, Treasury Users are deemed to have known and agreed not to use the Treasury Apps as money laundering activities and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other illegal acts;
18. By participating in the Buy Gold #MakeYourFuture Promo program, Treasury Users are deemed to have known, read, understood and agreed to all existing conditions;
19. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury cannot participate in this Buy Gold #MakeYourFuture Promo;
20. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the awarding of prizes as referred to in this Buy Gold #MakeYourFuture Promo if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or potentially detrimental to Treasury/other third parties and/or not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the competent authority, Treasury User Agreement, Terms and Conditions applicable in Treasury, and Treasury Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in number 19;
21. Apart from these Terms and Conditions of the Buy Gold #MakeYourFuture Promo program, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all Terms and Conditions and/or other binding provisions contained in the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, except as expressly stated by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions do not apply in the implementation of this Buy Gold #MakeYourFuture Promo;
22. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;

25. These Terms and Conditions apply as a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury;
26. Any type of malware attacks, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices, are not the responsibility of Treasury;
27. Each Treasury User shall not transfer and/or authorize any other person to operate the Treasury User’s account. Treasury will not be responsible for any fraud and/or crime and/or loss arising from the transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses will be fully borne by the Treasury User;
28. Treasury will not be responsible for any errors arising from the negligence of the Treasury User, including but not limited to the inability to use the prize sent by Treasury to the winning Participant;
29. Treasury does not allow the User to use the Treasury Apps to perform activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
30. Beware of scams on behalf of Treasury. All these activities will only be informed through Treasury’s official website (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, and Treasury’s official social media. Treasury is not responsible for all losses arising from fraud experienced by Treasury Users;
31. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions carried out by Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on Treasury Apps. The User hereby understands and agrees to release Treasury and all its management, employees and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for any misuse of the activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by the User;
32.
