Buy Gold on the Weekend, Discount up to IDR 2 Million

1. “Gold” means digital gold purchased through Treasury Apps;
2. “Treasury Users” means all parties registered as users on Treasury Apps and Treasury website;
3. “Leading Promo” is a discount promo on Gold purchase through Buy Gold feature on Treasury Apps;
4. Leading Promo is only valid every Saturday and Sunday during July 2025 (“Leading Promo Period”);
5. The Leading Promo is given to Treasury Users who purchase Gold on the Treasury Apps through the Buy Gold feature using the promo code “WEEKENDHEMAT” during the Leading Promo Period without a minimum transaction;
6. The Leading Promo can only be participated in 1 (one) time for each Treasury User who meets the criteria as referred to in number 5 above;
7. The discount to be received is 1.5% (one point five percent) of the value of the Gold purchase made, with a maximum discount value of Rp2. 000,000 (two million Rupiah) for each Treasury User who uses the Leading Promo;
8. Leading Promo is limited to the first 100 (one hundred) Treasury Users who use the promo code “WEEKENDHEMAT” in each week during the Leading Promo Period;
9. The purchase price of Gold in this Leading Promo is the price excluding tax and other transaction fees (if any);
10. By participating in this Leading Promo, Treasury User is deemed to have known and agreed not to use Treasury Apps and Treasury website as money laundering activities and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other illegal acts;
11. By participating in the Leading Promo, Treasury User is deemed to have known, read, understood and agreed to all existing conditions;
12. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury cannot participate in this Leading Promo;
13. Treasury has the right to cancel the discount as referred to in the Leading Promo if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or potentially harmful to Treasury/other third parties and/or not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the competent authority, Treasury User Agreement, Terms and Conditions applicable in Treasury, as well as Treasury Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in number 12;
14. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;

16. Treasury reserves the right without prior notice to take necessary actions and follow up based on legal proceedings in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia, if any form of action is found that qualifies as fraud and/or criminal acts committed by Treasury Users;
17. These Terms and Conditions apply as a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury;
18. Any type of malware attacks, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices, are not the responsibility of Treasury;

20. Each Treasury User shall not transfer and/or authorize any other person to operate the Treasury User’s account. Treasury will not be responsible for any fraud and/or crime and/or loss arising from the transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses will be borne by the Treasury User;
21. Treasury will not be responsible for any errors arising from the negligence of Treasury Users;
22. Treasury does not allow Treasury Users to use Treasury Apps and Treasury website to perform activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
23. Beware of fraud on behalf of Treasury. All these activities will only be informed through Treasury’s official website (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, and Treasury’s official social media. Treasury is not responsible for all losses arising from fraud experienced by Treasury Users;
24. Treasury is not responsible for any activities and/or transactions performed by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on Treasury Apps and Treasury website. The Treasury User hereby understands and agrees to release Treasury and all its management, employees and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for any misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by such Treasury User;
25. Treasury is a commodity trading platform including but not limited to the first digital physical Gold trading that has obtained a license from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021 based on the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 concerning Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Certificate of Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
