2. “Treasury Users” means all parties registered as users on the Treasury Apps and the Treasury website.
3. “New User Early Year Cuan Promo” is a special gold buying discount program for Treasury Users who have never made a transaction on Treasury Apps. 
4. The Campaign is valid from March 1 to March 31, 2025 (“Campaign Period”).
5. Users must make a minimum Gold purchase of Rp20,000 (twenty thousand Rupiah) through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury App and use the promo code “BERKAH2025” when making a purchase to get a special discount of Rp14,460 (fourteen thousand four hundred and sixty Rupiah).
6. This promo is only valid for digital Gold purchases through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury App.
7. By participating in this New User Early Year Cuan Program, Treasury Users are deemed to have known and agreed not to use Treasury Apps as money laundering activities and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other illegal acts;

12. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to Treasury Users;

17. Each Treasury User shall not transfer and/or authorize any other person to operate the Treasury User’s account. Treasury shall not be liable for any fraud and/or crime and/or loss arising from such transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses shall be borne solely by the Treasury User;
18. Treasury will not be liable for any errors arising from the negligence of Treasury Users;
19. Treasury does not allow Treasury Users to use Treasury Apps to perform activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury.
20. Treasury is not responsible for any activities and/or transactions performed by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on Treasury Apps. The Treasury User hereby understands and agrees to release Treasury and all its management, employees and consultants, from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for any misuse of such activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by the Treasury User;
