Buy Gold on the Weekend, Discount up to IDR 2 Million

1. “Gold” is digital gold purchased through Treasury Apps; 
2. “Treasury Users” means all parties registered as users on the Treasury Apps and the Treasury website;
3. “Promo Terdepan” is a discount promo on Gold purchases through the Buy Gold menu on Treasury Apps;
4. The Leading Promo is only valid every Saturday and Sunday during March 2025 (“Leading Promo Period”);
5. Leading Promo is given to Treasury Users who purchase Gold on Treasury Apps by using promo code “WEEKENDHEMAT” for all Treasury Users during the Leading Promo Period without minimum transaction;
6. Leading Promo can only be participated in 1 (one) time for each Treasury User who meets the criteria as referred to in number 5 above;
7. The discount that will be received is 2% (two percent) of the value of the Gold purchase made, with a maximum discount value of IDR 2,000,000.00 (two million Rupiah) for each Treasury User who uses the Leading Promo;
8. Leading Promo is limited to the first 100 (one hundred) Treasury Users who use promo code “WEEKENDHEMAT” every week during the Leading Promo Period.
9. The purchase price of Gold in this Leading Promo is a price excluding tax and other transaction costs (if any);
10. By participating in this Leading Campaign, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury Apps and Treasury website for money laundering and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other illegal acts;
11. By participating in the Leading Promo, Treasury Users are deemed to have known, read, understood and agreed to all existing conditions;
12. Treasury users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury will not be eligible for this Leading Promo;
13. Treasury has the right to cancel the discount as referred to in the Leading Promo if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or potentially detrimental to Treasury/other third parties and/or not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the competent authority, Treasury User Agreement, Terms and Conditions applicable in Treasury, as well as Treasury Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in number 12;
14. Apart from these Terms and Conditions, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all other Terms and Conditions and/or binding provisions contained in the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, except as expressly stated by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions are not applicable in the implementation of this Promo Terdepan feature;
15. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;

17. Treasury reserves the right, without prior notice, to take the necessary actions and follow up based on legal proceedings in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, if there is any form of action that qualifies as fraud and/or criminal offense committed by Treasury Users;
18. These Terms and Conditions shall act as a binding agreement between the Treasury User and Treasury;
19. Any type of malware attack, data theft and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices are not the responsibility of Treasury;
20. Each Treasury User shall not transfer and/or authorize any other person to operate the Treasury User’s account. Treasury shall not be liable for any fraud and/or criminal acts and/or losses arising from the transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses shall be borne by the Treasury User;
21. Treasury will not be liable for any errors arising from the negligence of Treasury Users;
22. Treasury does not allow Treasury Users to use Treasury Apps and Treasury website to perform activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
23. Beware of scams on behalf of Treasury. All these activities will only be informed through Treasury’s official website (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, and Treasury’s official social media. Treasury is not responsible for all losses arising from fraud experienced by Treasury Users;
24. Treasury is not responsible for any activities and/or transactions performed by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on Treasury Apps and Treasury website. The Treasury User hereby understands and agrees to release Treasury and all its management, employees and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for any misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by such Treasury User;
25. Treasury is a commodity trading platform including but not limited to the first digital physical Gold trading that has obtained a license from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021 based on the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 concerning Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Certificate of Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
