Buy Gold on the Weekend, Discount up to IDR 2 Million

1. “Gold” refers to digital gold purchased through the Treasury App;
2. “Treasury Users” refers to all parties registered as users on the Treasury App and Treasury website;
3. “Leading Promo” refers to a discount promotion for purchasing Gold through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury App;
4. The Leading Promo is only valid every Saturday and Sunday during the month of August 2025 (“Leading Promo Period”);
5. The Leading Promo is available to Treasury Users who purchase Gold on the Treasury App via the Buy Gold feature using the promo code “WEEKENDHEMAT” during the Leading Promo Period without a minimum transaction amount;
6. The Leading Promo can only be participated in once per Treasury User who meets the criteria as stated in point 5 above;
7. The discount received will be 1.5% (one point five percent) of the value of the Gold purchase made, with a maximum discount value of IDR 2,000,000 (two million Rupiah) for each Treasury User who uses the Leading Promotion;
8. The Leading Promotion is limited to the first 100 Treasury Users who use the promo code “WEEKENDHEMAT” every week during the Leading Promotion Period;
9. The purchase price of Gold in this Leading Promotion is the price excluding taxes and other transaction fees (if any);
10. By participating in this Leading Promotion, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury Apps and Treasury website for money laundering and/or terrorist financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other unlawful activities;
11. By participating in the Leading Promotion, Treasury Users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions;
12. Treasury Users who have previously been placed on the Treasury blacklist are not eligible to participate in this Leading Promotion;
13. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the discount as referred to in the Leading Promotion if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or transactions that could potentially harm Treasury/other third parties and/or are not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the competent authorities, the Treasury User Agreement, the Terms and Conditions applicable at Treasury, and Treasury Users who have been blacklisted (blacklist) as referred to in point 12;
14. In addition to the Terms and Conditions of this Leading Promotion, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all Terms and Conditions and/or other binding provisions contained in the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, unless Treasury expressly states that such Terms and Conditions do not apply to the implementation of this Leading Promotion;
15. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;

Treasury reserves the right, without prior notice, to take necessary actions and follow up in accordance with legal processes in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, if any form of action is found to qualify as fraud and/or criminal acts committed by Treasury Users;
18. These Terms and Conditions apply as a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury;
19. Any type of malware attack, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices are not the responsibility of Treasury;
20. No Treasury User is permitted to transfer and/or grant authority to another person to operate the Treasury User’s account. Treasury shall not be liable for any fraud and/or criminal acts and/or losses arising from the transfer and/or granting of authority to operate the account, and all losses shall be borne entirely by the Treasury User;
21. Treasury shall not be liable for any errors arising from the negligence of the Treasury User;
22. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use Treasury Apps and the Treasury website to conduct activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
23. Be cautious of scams claiming to be from Treasury. All such activities will only be communicated through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, and official Treasury social media channels. Treasury is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of scams experienced by Treasury Users;
24. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on the Treasury App and Treasury website. Treasury Users hereby understand and agree to release Treasury, along with its entire management, employees, and consultants, from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for the misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions carried out by such Treasury Users;
25. Treasury is a commodity trading platform that includes but is not limited to the first digital physical gold trading platform to obtain a license from the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P -ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama, as well as the Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader No. 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021. 26. The general terms and conditions of the Treasury App, as available on the Treasury platform and website, remain applicable to Treasury Users participating in this promotion. These general terms and conditions form an integral and inseparable part of this promotion.
