1. “Gold” is digital gold purchased through Treasury Apps;
2. “Treasury Users” are all parties registered as users on Treasury Apps and Treasury website;
3. “Leading Promo” is a discount promo on Gold purchase through Buy Gold menu on Treasury Apps;
4. Leading Promo is only valid every Saturday and Sunday during May 2025 (“Leading Promo Period”);
5. Leading Promo is given to Treasury Users who purchase Gold on Treasury Apps by using promo code “WEEKENDHEMAT” for all Treasury Users during the Leading Promo Period without minimum transaction;
6. Leading Promo can only be followed 1 (one) time for each Treasury User who meets the criteria as referred to in number 5 above;
7. The discount to be received is 1.5% (one point five percent) of the value of the Gold purchase made, with a maximum discount value of IDR 2,000. 000.00 (two million Rupiah) for each Treasury User who uses the Leading Promo;

11. By participating in the Leading Promo, Treasury User is deemed to have known, read, understood and agreed to all the provisions;

15. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;

18. These Terms and Conditions shall serve as a binding agreement between the Treasury User and Treasury;
19. Any type of malware attack, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices shall not be the responsibility of Treasury;
20. Any Treasury User shall not transfer and/or authorize any other person to operate the Treasury User account. Treasury will not be responsible for any fraud and/or crime and/or loss arising from the transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses will be fully borne by the Treasury User;
21. Treasury will not be responsible for any errors arising from the negligence of Treasury Users;
22. Treasury does not allow Treasury Users to use Treasury Apps and Treasury website to perform activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
23. Beware of fraud on behalf of Treasury. All these activities will only be informed through Treasury’s official website (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, and Treasury’s official social media. Treasury is not responsible for all losses arising from fraud experienced by Treasury Users;
24. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on Treasury Apps and Treasury website. The Treasury User hereby understands and agrees to release Treasury and all its management, employees and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for any misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by such Treasury User;
25.
