Treasury Rewards Leaderboard Program September – October 2024

These Terms and Conditions bind PT Indonesia Logam Pratama (“Treasury”) and Treasury Users.

Description

1. Treasury Rewards Leaderboard is a ranking program that provides additional rewards in the form of coins/vouchers/other prizes to Treasury Users who successfully complete missions available in the Treasury App.
2. Participants are registered users who actively use the Treasury App.
3. Grand Launching is an activity to introduce a new product or service to Treasury Users in order to promote the latest product or service in the Treasury App.
4. Grand Launching of Treasury Rewards Leaderboard is an activity to introduce the Treasury Rewards Leaderboard to Treasury Users by providing additional rewards in the form of coins/vouchers/other prizes (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”).

General Terms & Conditions

1. The Program is a competition open to all Treasury App Users.
2. The Program will run from September 1, 2024 until October 31, 2024, 23:59 WIB (hereinafter referred to as the “Program Period”).
3. Winners based on the leaderboard ranking will be announced on November 5, 2024. Treasury will contact winners via the Treasury App and/or email. Winners must confirm their acceptance to Treasury within seven (7) working days after the last email sent by Treasury following the announcement date.
4. Treasury Users must have the Treasury App version Android (7.10.3) and iOS (7.9.3) to participate in the Program, and must register their mobile phone number and email address in their Treasury account for the purpose of winner announcement.
5. There are five (5) main prizes for the five (5) users with the highest leaderboard ranking in September, as follows

6. The prize mentioned in number 5 above may be subject to change depending on product availability and will be substituted with a product of equivalent value or a similar item.
7. One (1) identity may only win one (1) prize. Winners must be citizens of the Republic of Indonesia and reside in the Republic of Indonesia. The full name in the Treasury App must match the name recorded on the Identity Card (KTP).
8. Winners will be determined based on the highest points accumulated by Treasury Users. To increase points, Treasury Users must play games available in the Treasury Rewards feature during the Program Period.
9. During this Program, a real-time leaderboard will be available and viewable directly by Treasury Users through the Treasury App. By participating in the Program, Treasury Users agree to allow Treasury to publish their username and total points collected during the Program Period on the leaderboard.
10. Each game completed in the Treasury Rewards feature will automatically add points to the User’s score, which will be updated automatically on the leaderboard.
11. Each time a Treasury User redeems points to play the Wheel of Fortune, 1,000 (one thousand) points will automatically be deducted and reflected in the User’s score on the leaderboard. Points already used for the Wheel of Fortune cannot be refunded.
12. The leaderboard will only display Treasury Users who have begun collecting points.
13. Winners at the end of the Program must be Treasury App Users with the highest leaderboard points and must have fulfilled all applicable Terms and Conditions.
14. All costs and taxes related to prizes will be borne by Treasury.
15. To claim prizes, winners must provide proof of identity and other required data for verification and prize collection purposes.
16. By being announced as one of the winners, you agree to allow Treasury to share your personal data with third parties working with Treasury for the purposes of: (i) prize delivery; and (ii) publication activities by Treasury regarding the Program and winners.
17. If fraudulent or suspicious activities are detected in your Treasury App account, Treasury reserves the right to disable or suspend the account. This includes, but is not limited to, seizure of prizes obtained during the Program Period and/or disqualification from the Program.
18. If Treasury finds that you have used your Treasury Account and/or points fraudulently or maliciously, you will be prohibited from participating in future programs organized, managed, and/or conducted by Treasury.
19. Treasury reserves the right to take legal action against you if we find that you acted fraudulently, took part in deception, or used falsified information to participate in or win the Program.
20. Treasury reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to Treasury Users. Therefore, Treasury advises Users to read these Terms and Conditions carefully from time to time.
21. Treasury reserves the right to terminate the Program at its sole discretion without prior notice to Treasury Users.
22. Treasury is not responsible for unexpected events (force majeure) beyond Treasury’s control.
23. Treasury is not responsible for winner announcements outside the Treasury App and/or Treasury’s official accounts.
24. If Treasury finds fraudulent or dishonest acts by a Program winner, Treasury reserves the right to cancel the winner’s designation and award the prize to the next eligible winner.
25. Any actions classified as fraud and/or criminal offenses will be pursued by Treasury through legal proceedings in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
26. Treasury Users are not permitted to transfer or authorize others to operate their Treasury account. Treasury is not responsible for any fraud, crime, or loss arising from such transfers or authorizations, and all losses will be fully borne by the User.
27. Treasury will not charge any fees to winners in this Program.
28. This Program is not sponsored by any brands.
29. Apart from these Program Terms and Conditions, Treasury Users are also subject and bound to all Terms and Conditions or other binding provisions in the Treasury App and/or website, unless expressly stated by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions do not apply in the execution of this Program.
30. Treasury Users who have been previously blacklisted by Treasury are not eligible to participate in the Program.
31. This Program does not apply to all employees and families of Treasury, as well as all parties involved in organizing the Program.
32. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the Program if there are suspicious transactions and/or potential harm to Treasury/other third parties and/or non-compliance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, authority regulations, the Treasury User Agreement, Treasury Terms and Conditions, or Users already blacklisted by Treasury as stated in point 30 above.
33. By participating in this Program, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury App as a means for money laundering and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or any other unlawful activities.
34. Any malware attacks, data theft, or other security disruptions caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices are not Treasury’s responsibility.
35. Treasury will not be held responsible for any errors arising from User negligence.
36. Beware of scams impersonating Treasury. All official information about this Program will only be announced via Treasury’s official website (www.treasury.id), the Treasury App, and official social media accounts. Treasury is not responsible for any losses arising from scams experienced by Treasury Users.
37. By participating in this Program, Treasury Users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms.
38. These Terms and Conditions are legally binding between Treasury Users and Treasury.
39. By joining the Program, Treasury Users are deemed to understand and agree that these Terms and Conditions form an inseparable and unified part of the Treasury Terms and Conditions and may be amended as necessary in relation to the implementation of the Program.
40. Treasury is not responsible for activities or transactions conducted by Treasury Users outside of the activities, features, or transactions officially provided by Treasury in the Treasury App. Treasury Users hereby understand and agree to release Treasury, including its management, employees, and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibility, for misuse of activities, features, or transactions conducted by Treasury Users.

42. Treasury is a commodity trading platform, including but not limited to the first digital physical gold trading platform that has been licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on BAPPEBTI Head’s Decree Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and the Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
