Terms and Conditions of TERDEPAN Promo (Weekend Discount)

Buy Gold on the Weekend, Get a Discount of up to IDR 2 Million

1. “Gold” is a digital gold purchased through the Treasury Apps;
2. “Treasury Users” are all parties registered as users on the Treasury Apps and Treasury website;
3. “Promo Terdepan” is a discount promotion for gold purchases through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury Apps;
4. Promo Terdepan is valid only on Saturdays and Sundays throughout September 2025 (“Promo Terdepan Period”);
5. Promo Terdepan is given to Treasury Users who purchase gold on the Treasury Apps using the Buy Gold feature and applying the promo code “WEEKENDHEMAT” during the Promo Terdepan Period without a minimum transaction amount;
6. Promo Terdepan can only be used once per qualified Treasury User as stated in point 5 above;
7. The discount received is 1.5% (one point five percent) of the gold purchase value, with a maximum discount amount of IDR 2,000,000 (two million Rupiah) for each Treasury User using the Promo Terdepan;

20. Treasury Users are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to operate their Treasury accounts. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud, criminal acts, or losses arising from such transfers or authorizations, and all losses will be borne solely by the Treasury Users.
21. Treasury will not be responsible for errors resulting from Treasury Users’ negligence.
22. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use the Treasury app and website for activities or transactions that are not provided or promoted by Treasury.
23. Be cautious of scams claiming to be from Treasury.
