Treasury Rewards Leaderboard September – October 2025

These Terms and Conditions are binding between PT Indonesia Logam Pratama (“Treasury”) and the Users of Treasury. If a Treasury User does not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, then the User should not participate/continue to participate in this Program.

Description

1. Treasury Rewards Leaderboard is a leaderboard program that provides additional rewards in the form of coins/vouchers/other prizes to Treasury Users who successfully complete missions available on the Treasury App.
2. Participants are registered users who actively use the Treasury App.
3. Grand Launching is an event introducing a product or service to Treasury Users to familiarize them with new products or services available in the Treasury App.
4. Grand Launching Leaderboard Treasury Rewards is an event to introduce the Treasury Rewards Leaderboard to Treasury Users by providing additional rewards in the form of coins/vouchers/other prizes to Treasury Users (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”).

General Terms & Conditions

1. The Program is a competition event for all Treasury App Users.
2. The Program runs from September 1, 2025 until October 31, 2025 at 23:59 WIB (hereinafter referred to as the “Program Period”).
3. Winners based on the leaderboard order will be announced on November 1, 2025. Treasury will contact winners via the Treasury App and/or email, and winners must provide confirmation to Treasury within 7 (seven) business days from the last email sent by Treasury after the announcement date.
4. Treasury Users must have the Treasury App version Android (7.10.3) and iOS (7.9.3) to participate in the Program, and must include a mobile number and email address in their Treasury account for winner announcement purposes.
5. There are 5 (five) main prizes for 5 (five) winners with the highest leaderboard rankings, namely:

6. The prize mentioned at number 5 above may be substituted according to stock availability and will be replaced with an item of equal or similar nominal value.
7. One (1) identity is only allowed to win one (1) prize. Winners must be citizens of the Republic of Indonesia and domiciled in the Republic of Indonesia. Ensure that the full name in the Treasury App matches that on the Identity Card (KTP).
8. Winners will be determined based on the highest points accumulated by Treasury Users. To increase points, Treasury Users must play games available in the Treasury Rewards feature during the Program Period.
9. A live leaderboard will be available and can be viewed in real time by Treasury Users through the Treasury App. By participating in the Program, Treasury Users agree to allow Treasury to publish their username and the number of points accumulated during the Program Period on the leaderboard.
10. Each Treasury User who completes a game in the Treasury Rewards feature will automatically earn points, which will be calculated as the User’s score progress and automatically updated on the leaderboard.
11. Each Treasury User who redeems points to play Wheel of Fortune will automatically deduct 1,000 (one thousand) points, calculated as the User’s score progress, and automatically updated on the leaderboard. Points spent to play the Wheel of Fortune are non-refundable.
12. Points on the leaderboard will only be visible once the Treasury User starts collecting points.
13. Winners at the end of the Program must be Treasury App Users with the highest points on the leaderboard and who have fulfilled all applicable terms and conditions.
14. All costs and taxes related to the winners’ prizes will be borne by Treasury.
15. To claim prizes, winners must provide personal identification and any additional data required for the verification and prize collection process.
16. By being announced as one of the winners, Treasury Users hereby agree to allow Treasury to share their personal data with third parties working in cooperation with Treasury for the purposes of (i) prize delivery; and (ii) publication activities by Treasury regarding the Program and winners.

17. If we detect any fraudulent or suspicious activity in your Treasury App, we reserve the right to disable or suspend the Treasury User’s account. Such deactivation or suspension includes, but is not limited to, the forfeiture of prizes you have obtained during the Program Period and/or disqualification from the Program.
18. If we find that a Treasury User has used their Treasury Account and/or points fraudulently or maliciously, you will be prohibited from participating in future programs that may be organized, managed, and/or run by Treasury.
19. Treasury reserves the right to take any legal action against you if we find that you have acted fraudulently, been part of a scam, or used falsified information to participate in or win the Program.
20. Treasury reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions of the Program at any time without prior notice to Treasury Users; therefore, Treasury recommends that Users read these Terms and Conditions carefully from time to time.
21. Treasury reserves the right to terminate the entire Competition at its sole discretion and without prior notice to Treasury Users.
22. Treasury is not responsible for unforeseen events (force majeure) that occur beyond Treasury’s control.
23. Treasury is not responsible for the form of winner announcements outside the Treasury App and/or Treasury’s official accounts.
24. If Treasury discovers fraud or deception committed by a Program winner, Treasury reserves the right to cancel the winner’s designation and transfer the prize to the next eligible winner.
25. Any form of action that is classified as fraud and/or a criminal act will be pursued by Treasury through legal processes in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
26. Each Treasury User is not permitted to transfer or authorize another person to operate their Treasury account. Treasury will not be responsible for fraud and/or criminal acts and/or losses arising from such transfer or authorization, and all losses will be fully borne by the Treasury User.
27. Treasury will not charge any fees to winners in this Program.
28. This Program is not sponsored by any brand.
29. In addition to these Program Terms and Conditions, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all other Terms and Conditions and/or other binding provisions contained in the Treasury App and/or website, unless expressly stated by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions do not apply to the implementation of this Program.
30. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury are not eligible to participate in this Program.
31. This Program does not apply to all Treasury employees and their families, as well as all parties related to the organization of the program.
32. Treasury reserves the right to cancel this Program if indications of suspicious transactions are found and/or potentially harmful to Treasury/other third parties and/or not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the relevant authorities, Treasury User Agreement, Terms and Conditions applicable in Treasury, as well as Treasury Users who have been blacklisted as referred to in number 30 above.
33. By participating in the Program, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury App as a means of money laundering and/or financing terrorism and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other unlawful acts.
34. Any kind of malware attacks, data theft, and other security disruptions caused by the use of devices that have been jailbroken or rooted are not the responsibility of Treasury.
35. Treasury will not be responsible for errors arising from the negligence of Treasury Users.
36. Be cautious of scams carried out in the name of Treasury. All activities will only be communicated through Treasury’s official website (www.treasury.id), Treasury application, and official social media accounts. Treasury is not responsible for any losses incurred from scams experienced by Treasury Users.
37. By participating in the Program, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged, read, understood, and agreed to all applicable provisions.
38. These Terms and Conditions serve as a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury.
39. By participating in the Program, Treasury Users are deemed to have understood and agreed that these Terms and Conditions are an inseparable and unified part of Treasury’s Terms and Conditions, and may be amended in accordance with Treasury’s discretion regarding the implementation of this Program.
40. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions carried out by Treasury Users that are not features and/or transactions provided by Treasury in the Treasury App. Treasury Users hereby understand and agree to release Treasury, including its management, employees, and consultants, from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibility, for the misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions carried out by such Treasury Users.

42. Treasury is a commodity trading platform, including but not limited to the first digital physical gold trading platform that has been licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on BAPPEBTI Head’s Decree Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and the Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021. This ensures the security of transactions conducted by Treasury Users on our platform.
43. The general terms and conditions of the Treasury App as available on the Treasury platform and website remain applicable to Treasury Users participating in this Program. These general terms and conditions form an inseparable and unified part of this Program.
