Terms and Conditions of Promo FESTIVE December
December 1 – 31, 2025

1. “Gold” is a digital gold purchased through the Treasury Apps;
2. “Treasury Users” are all parties registered as users on the Treasury Apps and Treasury website;
3. “PromoFESTIVE December” is a gold purchase promotion containing 2 (two) sub-promos, namely “New User Promo” (as defined in number 6) and “Limited Promo for All Treasury Users” (as defined in number 7);
4. The promo FESTIVE December is valid from December 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025 “PromoFESTIVE December Period”;
5. This PromoFESTIVE December is specifically for Treasury Users who purchase Gold through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury Apps using a special button displaying the promo amount as detailed in the table in number 8;
6. “New User Promo” is given to all Treasury Users who register during the PromoFESTIVE December Period (“New Users”) and can only be used for the first transaction of the New User;
7. “Limited Promo for All Treasury Users” is given to all Treasury Users during the PromoFESTIVE December Period or while quota lasts. This promo can only be used up to 2 (two) times per Treasury User during the PromoFESTIVE December Period;
8. The discount amounts provided in the PromoFESTIVE December are detailed as follows:

9. 10. The Gold purchase price in the Promo FESTIVE December is exclusive of taxes and other transaction fees (if any);
11. Gold purchase can be made using all payment methods available in the Treasury Apps, except for Gold purchases priced at IDR 1 (one rupiah) which can only use Go-Pay, OVO, ShopeePay, and Saldo Celengan methods;
12. By participating in the Promo FESTIVE December, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury Apps and Treasury website for money laundering and/or terrorist financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other unlawful activities;
13. By participating in the Promo FESTIVE December, Treasury Users are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions;
14. Treasury Users who have been previously blacklisted by Treasury are not eligible to participate in this Promo fFESTIVE December;
15. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the discount grants as referred to in the PromoFESTIVE December (including both sub-promos, New User Promo and Limited Promo for All Treasury Users) if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or potential harm to Treasury/third parties and/or non-compliance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of authorized authorities, Treasury User Agreement, applicable Terms and Conditions at Treasury, as well as Treasury Users who have been blacklisted as mentioned in number 14 above;
16. In addition to the Terms and Conditions of the PromoFESTIVE December, Treasury Users are also subject to and must comply with all Terms and Conditions and/or binding provisions contained in the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, except where Treasury explicitly states certain terms and conditions do not apply to this Promo FESTIVE December..
17. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users.

19. Treasury reserves the right to take necessary actions and follow up based on legal processes in accordance with Indonesian regulations if any fraudulent or criminal activities by Treasury Users are detected.
20. These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury.
21. Treasury is not responsible for any malware attacks, data theft, or other security issues caused by using devices that have been jailbroken or rooted.
22. Treasury Users are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to operate their Treasury accounts. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud, criminal acts, or losses arising from such transfers or authorizations, and all losses will be borne solely by the Treasury Users.
23. Treasury will not be responsible for errors resulting from Treasury Users’ negligence.
24. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use the Treasury app and website for activities or transactions that are not provided or promoted by Treasury.
25. Be cautious of scams claiming to be from Treasury. All official communications will only be made through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury app, and Treasury’s official social media channels. Treasury is not responsible for any losses incurred due to scams experienced by Treasury Users.
26. Treasury is not responsible for any activities or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not provided by Treasury on the Treasury app and website. Treasury Users understand and agree to release Treasury and its management, employees, and consultants from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibility, for misuse of activities or transactions by Treasury Users.
27. Treasury is a commodity trading platform, including but not limited to the first digital physical gold trading platform that has been licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on BAPPEBTI Head’s Decree Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and the Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021. 28. The general terms and conditions of the Treasury App, as available on the Treasury platform and Treasury website, remain applicable to Treasury Users participating in this promotion. These general terms and conditions constitute an integral and inseparable part of this promotion.
