Terms and Conditions Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda
October 28, 2025 – November 10, 2025

1. “Gold” refers to digital gold purchased through the Treasury Apps;
2. “Treasury Users” refers to all parties registered as users on the Treasury Apps and Treasury website;
3. “Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda” refers to the reward program offering 1 set of Gold for Good Hampers and a Gold Voucher of IDR300,000 for making Gold purchases through the “Buy Gold” menu and activating the Golden Generation Add-on on the Treasury Apps;
4. The Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda program is only valid from October 28, 2025 to November 10, 2025 (“Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda Period”);
5. The Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda applies to all Treasury Users who make Gold purchase transactions of at least IDR10,000 (ten thousand Rupiah) using the promo code “PEMUDA2025” during the Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda period and activate the Golden Generation Add-on (“Participants”);
6. Participants may make multiple purchases and use the Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda promo code repeatedly to increase their chances of winning;
7. The Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda promo code cannot be combined with any other promotions;
8. Treasury will select 1 (one) lucky Participant who meets the Terms & Conditions as the Winner of the Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda;
9. The Winner of the Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda will receive 1 set of Gold for Good Hampers and a Gold Voucher of IDR300,000;
10. Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda prizes will be announced no later than 7 (seven) working days after the Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda period ends;
11. Lucky Participants who meet the qualifications set by Treasury will be contacted by Treasury via official Treasury Email and WhatsApp for data verification purposes;
12. If the Participant cannot be contacted or does not respond within 1 x 24 (twenty-four) hours after the first contact by Treasury, Treasury reserves the right to cancel the prize and award it to another Participant;
13. Once the winning Participant has been successfully verified by Treasury in accordance with the requirements set by Treasury, Treasury will deliver the Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda prize to the winning Participant within 7 (seven) working days after receiving complete winner confirmation data from the Participant, in accordance with further instructions provided to the winning Participant by Treasury. In the case of delivery via courier, shipping costs will be borne by Treasury, while all losses that may occur during delivery by the courier, including but not limited to loss and/or damage to the prize, shall be the responsibility of the courier;
14. Treasury’s decision regarding the Participant selected as the Winner of the Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda is final and binding;
15. Gold purchase prices for the Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda are exclusive of tax and any other transaction fees (if any);
16. By participating in the Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda, Treasury Users are deemed to acknowledge and agree not to use the Treasury Apps for money laundering and/or terrorist financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or any other unlawful acts;
17. By participating in the Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda, Treasury Users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions;
18. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury are not eligible to participate in the Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda;
19. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the awarding of prizes in the Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda if there is any indication of suspicious transactions and/or potential harm to Treasury/third parties and/or non-compliance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of competent authorities, Treasury User Agreement, applicable Terms and Conditions at Treasury, or if the Treasury User is blacklisted as referred to in point 18 above;
20. In addition to the Terms and Conditions of the Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda, Treasury Users are also required to comply with all Terms and Conditions and/or other binding regulations in the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, except those expressly stated by Treasury as not applicable to the implementation of the Challenge Hari Sumpah Pemuda.
21. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users.

23. Treasury reserves the right to take necessary actions and follow up based on legal processes in accordance with Indonesian regulations if any fraudulent or criminal activities by Treasury Users are detected.
24. These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury.
25. Treasury is not responsible for any malware attacks, data theft, or other security issues caused by using devices that have been jailbroken or rooted.
26. Treasury Users are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to operate their Treasury accounts. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud, criminal acts, or losses arising from such transfers or authorizations, and all losses will be borne solely by the Treasury Users.
27. Treasury will not be responsible for errors resulting from Treasury Users’ negligence.
28. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use the Treasury app and website for activities or transactions that are not provided or promoted by Treasury.
29. Be cautious of scams claiming to be from Treasury. All official communications will only be made through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury app, and Treasury’s official social media channels. Treasury is not responsible for any losses incurred due to scams experienced by Treasury Users.
30. Treasury is not responsible for any activities or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not provided by Treasury on the Treasury app and website. Treasury Users understand and agree to release Treasury and its management, employees, and consultants from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibility, for misuse of activities or transactions by Treasury Users.
31. Treasury is a commodity trading platform, including but not limited to the first digital physical gold trading platform that has been licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on BAPPEBTI Head’s Decree Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and the Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
