5. Kartini Day Special Promo can only be followed 1 (one) time for each Treasury User who meets the criteria as referred to in number 3 above;

18. Each Treasury User shall not transfer and/or authorize any other person to operate the Treasury User’s account. Treasury will not be responsible for any fraud and/or crime and/or loss arising from the transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses will be fully borne by the Treasury User;
19. Treasury will not be responsible for any errors arising from the negligence of the Treasury User;
20. Treasury does not allow the Treasury User to use the Treasury Apps to perform activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
21. Beware of scams on behalf of Treasury. All these activities will only be informed through Treasury’s official website (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, and Treasury’s official social media. Treasury is not responsible for all losses arising from fraud experienced by Treasury Users;
22. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions carried out by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on Treasury Apps. The Treasury User hereby understands and agrees to release Treasury and all its management, employees and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for any misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by such Treasury User;
