Amazing Promo Terms and Conditions

1. “Gold” means digital gold purchased through Treasury Apps;
2. “Treasury Users” means all parties registered as users on Treasury Apps and Treasury website;
3. “Amazing Promo” is a discount promo on Gold purchase through Buy Gold feature on Treasury Apps for Gold purchase with certain amount.
4. This Amazing Promo applies to all Treasury Users who purchase Gold through the Buy Gold feature of the Treasury Apps using the special button with the promo amount as described in the table in number 6;
5. This Amazing Promo is valid from July 16, 2025 until July 31, 2025 (“Amazing Promo Period”);
6. The amount of discount given in the Amazing Promo is detailed as follows:

Up to 3.4% (three point four percent) discount, with a maximum discount of up to Rp680,000 (six hundred eighty thousand Rupiah).

7. Treasury users will automatically get the price after discount according to each promo as stated in the table in number 6 if they use the special button (button) that says the promo nominal when making a payment;
8. Amazing Promo can be used during the Amazing Promo Period by taking into account the availability of quotas;
9. The purchase price of Gold in this Amazing Promo is a price excluding tax and other transaction fees (if any);
10. By participating in this Amazing Promo, Treasury Users are deemed to have known and agreed not to use Treasury Apps and Treasury website as money laundering activities and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other illegal acts;
11. By participating in the Amazing Promo, Treasury Users are deemed to have known, read, understood, and agreed to all existing conditions;
12. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury cannot participate in this Amazing Promo;
13. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the provision of discounts as referred to in the Amazing Promo (including for both sub-promos therein namely New User Promo and Limited Promo for All Treasury Users) if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or potentially harmful to Treasury/other third parties and/or not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the competent authority, Treasury User Agreement, Terms and Conditions applicable in Treasury, as well as Treasury Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in number 12 above;
14. Apart from these Terms and Conditions of the Amazing Campaign, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all other Terms and Conditions and/or binding provisions contained in the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, except as expressly stated by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions are not applicable in the implementation of this Amazing Campaign;
15. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;
16. Treasury users are advised to carefully read all Terms and Conditions before making any transaction through Treasury Apps. Treasury Users can contact Treasury Customer Service via email [email protected] to get more information;
17. Treasury reserves the right without prior notice to take necessary actions and follow up based on legal proceedings in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia, if any form of action is found that qualifies as fraud and/or criminal acts committed by Treasury Users;
18. These Terms and Conditions shall serve as a binding agreement between the Treasury User and Treasury;
19. Any type of malware attack, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices shall not be the responsibility of Treasury;
20. Any Treasury User shall not transfer and/or authorize any other person to operate the Treasury User account. Treasury will not be responsible for any fraud and/or crime and/or loss arising from the transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses will be fully borne by the Treasury User;
21. Treasury will not be responsible for any errors arising as a result of Treasury Users’ negligence;
22. Treasury does not allow Treasury Users to use Treasury Apps and Treasury website to perform activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
23. Beware of fraud on behalf of Treasury. All these activities will only be informed through Treasury’s official website (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, and Treasury’s official social media. Treasury is not responsible for all losses arising from fraud experienced by Treasury Users;
24. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on Treasury Apps and Treasury website. The Treasury User hereby understands and agrees to release Treasury and all its management, employees and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for any misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by such Treasury User;
25. Treasury is a commodity trading platform including but not limited to the first digital physical Gold trading that has obtained a license from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021 based on the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 concerning Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Certificate of Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
