Terms and Conditions of 6.6 Gold Harvest Promo

Get Extra Gold Bonus up to 12% p.a

1. “Gold” means digital gold purchased through Treasury Apps;
2. “Treasury Users” means all parties registered as users on Treasury Apps and Treasury website;
3. “Gold Harvest Promo 6. 6“ is a promo program that can be used by all Treasury Users on the Gold Harvest feature in Treasury Apps to get additional grams of Gold (”Gold Bonus“) by storing Gold in Treasury Apps for the duration as stated in the table above where out of the 4 (four) durations can be selected by Treasury Users between 14, 30, 90, and 180 Days (”Gold Harvest Duration“), during the Gold Harvest Promo Period 6. 6 listed in number 4 below;
4. The 6.6 Gold Harvest Promo is valid from June 5, 2025 to June 9, 2025 (“6.6 Gold Harvest Promo Period”);
5. What is meant as “Day” in these Terms and Conditions is a calendar day;
6. Gold Bonus will be awarded to Treasury Users in accordance with the table above based on the percentage per annum of the Gold grams stored by Treasury Users in Treasury Apps during the 6.6 Gold Harvest Promo Period;
7. The amount of Gold bonus refers to the Gold gramage stored and the Gold Harvest Duration chosen by the Treasury User according to the table above;
8. The payment method for Gold Harvest Promo 6. 6 can be made through the Piggy Bank balance or other payment methods available in the Treasury Apps;
9. The Gold balance deposited during the Gold Harvest Duration selected by the Treasury User will be sent to the Treasury User’s Gold balance when the Gold Harvest Duration ends along with the Gold Bonus earned during the Gold Harvest 6.6 Promo Period;
10. The Gold Bonus that will be earned by the Treasury User from the Gold Harvest 6.6 Promo listed in the table above is inclusive of taxes and other fees (if any);
11. In the event that the Treasury User withdraws the Gold that is being stored before the selected Gold Harvest Duration ends, the Treasury User will be charged an early withdrawal fee of 0.5% (zero point five percent) of the Gold gram value stored. By withdrawing the Gold that is being stored before the selected Gold Harvest Duration ends, the Gold Bonus as referred to in numbers 6 and 9 becomes invalid;
12. The maximum number of Gold Harvests that run at one time during the Gold Harvest Promo Period 6.6 is 50 (fifty) Gold Harvests and a maximum of storing 1 (one) kilogram of Gold for each Gold Harvest;
13. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury cannot participate in the Gold Harvest Promo feature 6. 6;
14. Treasury reserves the right to cancel this 6.6 Gold Harvest Promo if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or potentially harmful to Treasury/other third parties and/or not in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the competent authority, Treasury User Agreement, Terms and Conditions applicable in Treasury, as well as Treasury Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in number 13 above;
15. By participating in this 6.6 Gold Harvest Promo feature, the Treasury User is deemed to have known and agreed not to use the Treasury Apps and the Treasury website as a means of money laundering and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other illegal acts;
16. By participating in the 6.6 Gold Harvest Promo, the Treasury User is deemed to have known, read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms and conditions;
17. Apart from these 6.6 Gold Harvest Promo Terms and Conditions. 6, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all other Terms and Conditions and/or binding provisions contained in the Apps and/or Treasury website, except as expressly stated by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions are not applicable in the implementation of this 6.6 Gold Harvest Promo feature;
18. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;
19. Treasury Users are advised to carefully read all Terms and Conditions before making any transaction through Treasury Apps. Treasury Users can contact Treasury Customer Service via email [email protected] to get more information;
20. Treasury reserves the right without prior notice to take necessary actions and follow up based on legal proceedings in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia, if any form of action is found that qualifies as fraud and/or criminal acts committed by Treasury Users;
21. These Terms and Conditions shall serve as a binding agreement between the Treasury User and Treasury;
22. Any type of malware attack, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices shall not be the responsibility of Treasury;
23. Any Treasury User shall not transfer and/or authorize any other person to operate the Treasury User account. Treasury will not be responsible for any fraud and/or crime and/or loss arising from the transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses will be fully borne by the Treasury User;
24. Treasury will not be responsible for any errors arising from the negligence of Treasury Users;
25. Treasury does not allow Treasury Users to use Treasury Apps and Treasury website to perform activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
26. Beware of fraud on behalf of Treasury. All these activities will only be informed through Treasury’s official website (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, and Treasury’s official social media. Treasury is not responsible for all losses arising from fraud experienced by Treasury Users;
27. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions carried out by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on Treasury Apps. The Treasury User hereby understands and agrees to release Treasury and all its management, employees and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for any misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by such Treasury User;
28. Treasury is a commodity trading platform including but not limited to the first digital physical Gold trading that has obtained a license from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021 based on the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 concerning Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Certificate of Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
