Hallyu Giveaway Blackpink Terms and Conditions

August 10 – August 31, 2025

1. The Hallyu Giveaway Special Edition Blackpink (“Hallyu Giveaway”) is a gold purchase program through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury App, offering 1 (one) Official Blackpink Special Edition Lightstick to 1 (one) lucky winner;
2. The Hallyu Giveaway program is only valid for gold purchases made from August 10, 2025, to August 31, 2025 (“Hallyu Giveaway Period”);
3. The Hallyu Giveaway Program is available to all Treasury Users who make a minimum Gold purchase of IDR 10,000 (ten thousand Rupiah) using the promo code “BLINK25” during the Hallyu Giveaway Period;
4. Treasury Users participating in the Hallyu Giveaway program can purchase Gold through the Buy Gold feature on the Treasury App and use the promo code multiple times to increase their chances of winning;
5. The promo code for the Hallyu Giveaway program cannot be combined with other promotions;
6. Treasury will select 1 (one) lucky winner who will receive 1 (one) Official Blackpink Special Edition Lightstick;
7. The decision to select the winner is final and binding, except under the conditions specified in point 10 below;
8. The winner of the Hallyu Giveaway program will be announced within 7 (seven) business days after the Hallyu Giveaway period ends via an Instagram post on the official @wearetreasury account;
9. Treasury users who are lucky participants in the Hallyu Giveaway program will be contacted by Treasury via official Treasury email and WhatsApp for data verification purposes.
10. If a Treasury user who has been designated as a winner of the Hallyu Giveaway program cannot be contacted or does not respond when contacted by Treasury for data verification within 1×24 (one twenty-four) hours after being first contacted by Treasury, Treasury reserves the right to cancel the awarding of the prize to that Treasury User and may transfer the Hallyu Giveaway program prize to another Treasury User participating in the Hallyu Giveaway program;
11. If the winner of the Hallyu Giveaway program has been successfully verified by Treasury in accordance with the terms set by Treasury, Treasury will send the prize to the winner of the Hallyu Giveaway program within 7 (seven) business days after the winner has submitted complete data confirmation to Treasury, in accordance with the terms that will be further communicated to the winner by Treasury. To avoid any doubt, the 7 (seven) business day deadline is the deadline for the Treasury to hand over the prize to the shipping service, while the estimated delivery time may vary due to courier operating hours, distance, and other external factors.
12. In the event that prizes are shipped via courier, shipping costs will be borne by Treasury. Furthermore, any losses that may arise during the shipment of prizes by the courier, including but not limited to loss and/or damage to prizes, are the responsibility of the courier;
13. The purchase price of Gold in this Hallyu Giveaway program is the price excluding taxes and other transaction fees (if any);
14. By participating in the Hallyu Giveaway program, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use Treasury Apps for money laundering and/or terrorist financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other unlawful activities;
15. By participating in the Hallyu Giveaway program, Treasury Users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions;
16. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury are not eligible to participate in the Hallyu Giveaway program;
17. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the awarding of prizes as referred to in the Hallyu Giveaway program if there are indications of suspicious transactions and/or transactions that have the potential to cause harm to Treasury/other third parties and/or are not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, the regulations of the competent authorities, the Treasury User Agreement, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Treasury, and Treasury Users who have been placed on the Treasury blacklist as referred to in point 16;
18. In addition to the Terms and Conditions of this Hallyu Giveaway program, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all Terms and Conditions and/or other binding provisions contained in the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, which form an integral part of this promotional offer, unless otherwise stated in writing that one or more provisions do not apply to this program feature;
19. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;

21. Treasury reserves the right, without prior notice, to take necessary actions and pursue legal proceedings in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, if any form of action is found to constitute fraud and/or criminal acts committed by Treasury Users on the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website.
22. These Terms and Conditions apply as a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury.
23. Any type of malware attack, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices are not the responsibility of Treasury.
24. Treasury Users are not permitted to transfer and/or authorize others to operate their Treasury User accounts. Treasury shall not be liable for any fraud and/or criminal acts and/or losses arising from the transfer and/or granting of authority to operate the account, and all losses shall be borne entirely by the Treasury User;
25. Treasury shall not be liable for any errors arising from the negligence of the Treasury User;
26. Treasury does not permit Users to use Treasury Apps to conduct activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
27. Treasury is not responsible for activities and/or transactions carried out by Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on the Treasury Apps. Users hereby understand and agree to release Treasury, along with its entire management, employees, and consultants, from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for the misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions carried out by such Users;
28. Be cautious of scams claiming to be from Treasury. All such activities will only be communicated through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), the Treasury App, and Treasury’s official social media channels. Treasury is not liable for any losses incurred by Users as a result of such scams;
29. Treasury is a commodity trading platform that includes but is not limited to the first digital physical gold trading platform to obtain a license from the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P -ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama, as well as the Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader No. 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
