Terms and Conditions of the Misi Panen Emas Challenge Program

1. The “Misi Panen Emas Challenge Program” is a promotional program available to all Treasury Users for a chance to win special rewards in the form of Gold Vouchers with a total value of Rp600,000 (six hundred thousand Rupiah) for 3 (three) lucky Treasury Users who have completed the Misi Panen Emas mission in the Treasury Rewards feature;
2. The Misi Panen Emas Challenge Program is valid from September 1, 2025 until September 30, 2025 (“Promo Period”);
3. The Misi Panen Emas Challenge Program is only applicable to Treasury Users who have completed the Misi Panen Emas mission in the Treasury Rewards feature (“Participants”);
4. Treasury will provide special rewards in the form of Gold Vouchers with a total value of Rp600,000 (six hundred thousand Rupiah) for 3 (three) lucky Treasury Users who complete the Misi Panen Emas mission in Treasury Rewards, with the following distribution: the first winner will receive a Gold Voucher worth Rp300,000, the second winner will receive a Gold Voucher worth Rp200,000, and the third winner will receive a Gold Voucher worth Rp100,000;
5. The winners of the Misi Panen Emas Challenge Program will be announced no later than 7 (seven) working days after the Promo Period ends through Treasury’s official Instagram account and official email;
6. Participants who qualify as winners will be contacted by Treasury via Treasury’s official Email and WhatsApp for data verification purposes;
7. If a Participant cannot be contacted or does not respond when contacted by Treasury for data verification within 1×24 (one time twenty-four) hours after first being contacted by Treasury, then Treasury reserves the right to cancel the reward for that winning Participant and reallocate the reward to another Participant;
8. In the event that a winning Participant has been successfully verified by Treasury based on Treasury’s established requirements, Treasury will send the rewards under the following provisions:

1. The Gold Voucher rewards won by the other 3 (three) winning Participants, each worth Rp100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah), will be sent via Treasury’s official email ([email protected]) in the form of a unique code to the email address of each of the 3 (three) winning Participants, no later than 10 (ten) working days after the program winners are announced.

9. Treasury’s decision regarding Participants determined as winners of the Misi Panen Emas Challenge Program is final and cannot be contested;
10. The purchase price of Gold under the Misi Panen Emas Challenge Program promo is exclusive of tax and any other transaction fees (if applicable);
11. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury are not eligible to participate in this Gold Purchase Promo feature;
12. Treasury reserves the right to cancel the Misi Panen Emas Challenge Program if any suspicious transactions and/or activities are detected that may potentially harm Treasury/other third parties and/or are not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, the rules of the competent authority, the Treasury User Agreement, the applicable Terms and Conditions in Treasury, as well as Treasury Users who have been blacklisted as referred to in point 10;
13. By participating in the Misi Panen Emas Challenge Program, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed not to use the Treasury Apps for money laundering and/or terrorism financing and/or the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or any other unlawful acts;
14. By participating in the Misi Panen Emas Challenge Program, Treasury Users are deemed to have acknowledged, read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated herein;
15. In addition to the Terms and Conditions of the Misi Panen Emas Challenge Program, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all other applicable Terms and Conditions and/or binding provisions available in the Treasury Apps and/or website, unless explicitly stated otherwise by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions do not apply to the implementation of the Misi Panen Emas Challenge Program.
16. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users.

18. Treasury reserves the right to take necessary actions and follow up based on legal processes in accordance with Indonesian regulations if any fraudulent or criminal activities by Treasury Users are detected.
19. These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury.
20. Treasury is not responsible for any malware attacks, data theft, or other security issues caused by using devices that have been jailbroken or rooted.
21. Treasury Users are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to operate their Treasury accounts. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud, criminal acts, or losses arising from such transfers or authorizations, and all losses will be borne solely by the Treasury Users.
22. Treasury will not be responsible for errors resulting from Treasury Users’ negligence.
23. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use the Treasury app and website for activities or transactions that are not provided or promoted by Treasury.
24. Be cautious of scams claiming to be from Treasury. All official communications will only be made through the official Treasury website (www.treasury.id), Treasury app, and Treasury’s official social media channels. Treasury is not responsible for any losses incurred due to scams experienced by Treasury Users.
25. Treasury is not responsible for any activities or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not provided by Treasury on the Treasury app and website. Treasury Users understand and agree to release Treasury and its management, employees, and consultants from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibility, for misuse of activities or transactions by Treasury Users.
26. Treasury is a commodity trading platform, including but not limited to the first digital physical gold trading platform that has been licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on BAPPEBTI Head’s Decree Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and the Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021.
