1. “Gold” is a digital gold purchased through the Treasury Apps.
2. “Treasury User” are all parties registered as users on the Treasury Apps and Treasury website.
3. “Promo Payday” refers to the purchase discount promotion for Gold through the Buy Gold menu on the Treasury Apps.
4. Promo Payday is only valid from October 24, 2025, until October 31, 2025 (“Promo Payday Period”).
5. Promo Payday is granted to Treasury Users who purchase Gold on the Treasury Apps using the promo code “HEMATPDOKT25” which is dedicated to New Users, and the promo code “PAYDAYOKT25” for all Treasury Users during the Promo Payday Period without a minimum transaction.
6. Promo Payday can only be redeemed 1 (one) time for each Treasury User who meets the criteria as referred to in point 5 above.
7. 20. Treasury Users are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to operate their Treasury accounts. Treasury will not be liable for any fraud, criminal acts, or losses arising from such transfers or authorizations, and all losses will be borne solely by the Treasury Users.
21. Treasury will not be responsible for errors resulting from Treasury Users’ negligence.
22. Treasury does not permit Treasury Users to use the Treasury app and website for activities or transactions that are not provided or promoted by Treasury.
23. Treasury is not responsible for any activities or transactions conducted by Treasury Users that are not provided by Treasury on the Treasury app and website. Treasury Users understand and agree to release Treasury and its management, employees, and consultants from any liability, including but not limited to legal and financial responsibility, for misuse of activities or transactions by Treasury Users.
24. Treasury is a commodity trading platform, including but not limited to the first digital physical gold trading platform that has been licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021, based on BAPPEBTI Head’s Decree Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 regarding Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and the Certificate of Approval as a Digital Physical Gold Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021. This ensures the security of transactions conducted by Treasury Users on our platform.

Panen Emas Double Cuan Spesial Payday Promo

Get Extra Gold Bonus up to 9% + 10% p.a

1. “Promo Panen Emas Spesial Payday” is a promotion that can be used by all Treasury Users to receive additional Gold grams (“Bonus Emas”) by storing Gold in the Treasury Apps for the duration stated in the table above (“Panen Emas Duration”), during the validity period of Promo Panen Emas Spesial Payday as stated in point 2.
2. Promo Panen Emas Spesial Payday is valid from October 24, 2025, until October 31, 2025 (“Promo Panen Emas Spesial Payday Period”).
3. The term “Day” in these Terms and Conditions refers to a calendar day.
4. Bonus Emas will be granted to Treasury Users in accordance with the table above based on the annual percentage of the Gold grams stored by the Treasury Users in the Treasury Apps during the Promo Panen Emas Spesial Payday Period.
5. Bonus Emas refers to the Gold grams stored and the Panen Emas Duration chosen by the Treasury Users.
6. The payment method for Promo Panen Emas Spesial Payday can be made via Celengan Balance or other payment methods available on the Treasury Apps.
7. The Gold balance stored during the selected Panen Emas Duration by Treasury Users will be transferred to the Treasury User’s Gold balance once the Panen Emas Duration ends, along with the Bonus Emas obtained during the Promo Panen Emas Spesial Payday Period.
8. Bonus Emas obtained by Treasury Users from Promo Panen Emas Spesial Payday as stated in the table above is inclusive of taxes and other fees (if any).
9. In the event that Treasury Users withdraw the Gold being stored before the selected Panen Emas Duration ends, Treasury Users will be charged an early withdrawal fee of 0.5% (zero point five percent) of the stored Gold grams. By withdrawing Gold being stored before the selected Panen Emas Duration ends, the Bonus Emas as referred to in points 1 and 7 shall no longer be valid.
10. The maximum number of concurrent Panen Emas during the Promo Panen Emas Spesial Payday Period is 50 (fifty) Panen Emas, with a maximum storage of 1 (one) kilogram of Gold for each Panen Emas.
11. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury are not eligible to participate in this Promo Panen Emas Spesial Payday feature.
