1. “Gold” means digital gold purchased through Treasury Apps;
2. “Treasury Users” means all parties registered as users on Treasury Apps and Treasury website;
3. “Promo 6.6” is a discount promo on Gold purchase through Buy Gold feature on Treasury Apps;
4. Promo 6.6 is only valid from June 5, 2025 to June 9, 2025 (“Promo Period 6. 6“);
5. Promo 6.6 is given to Treasury Users who purchase Gold on Treasury Apps by using promo code ”NEWUSER6.6“ exclusively for New Users and promo code ”SPECIAL6.6” for all Treasury Users during the Promo 6.6 Period, with no minimum transaction for both promo codes;
6. Promo 6.6 can only be followed 1 (one) time for each Treasury User who meets the criteria as referred to in number 5 above;
7. 10. By participating in this Campaign 6.6, Treasury Users are deemed to have known and agreed not to use Treasury Apps and Treasury website as money laundering activities and/or terrorism financing and/or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and/or other illegal acts;
11. By participating in this Campaign 6.6, Treasury Users are deemed to have known, read, understood and agreed to all the provisions;
12. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury cannot participate in this Campaign 6.6. 6;
13. Apart from these 6.6 Promo Terms and Conditions, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all other Terms and Conditions and/or binding provisions contained in Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, except those expressly stated by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions are not applicable in the implementation of this 6.6 Promo feature;
15. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice to Treasury Users;

Treasury reserves the right without prior notice to take necessary actions and follow up based on legal proceedings in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, if any form of action is found that qualifies as fraud and/or criminal offense committed by Treasury Users;
18. These Terms and Conditions apply as a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury;
19. Any type of malware attack, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices shall not be the responsibility of Treasury;
20. Each Treasury User shall not transfer and/or authorize any other person to operate the Treasury User’s account. Treasury will not be responsible for any fraud and/or crime and/or loss arising from the transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses will be borne by the Treasury User;
21. Treasury will not be responsible for any errors arising from the negligence of Treasury Users;
22. Treasury does not allow Treasury Users to use Treasury Apps and Treasury website to perform activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
23. Beware of fraud on behalf of Treasury. All these activities will only be informed through Treasury’s official website. (www.treasury.id), Treasury Apps, as well as Treasury’s official social media. Treasury is not responsible for all losses arising from fraud experienced by Treasury Users;
24. Treasury is not responsible for any activities and/or transactions performed by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on Treasury Apps and Treasury website. The Treasury User hereby understands and agrees to release Treasury and all its management, employees and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for any misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by such Treasury User;
25.
