Buy Gold Discount up to IDR 2.5 Million

1. “Gold“ is digital gold purchased through Treasury Apps;
2. ”Treasury Users“ are all parties registered as users on Treasury Apps and Treasury website;
3. ”Payday Promo“ is a discount promo on Gold purchase through Buy Gold menu on Treasury Apps;
4. Payday Promo” is only valid from May 23, 2025 to May 31, 2025 (”Payday Promo Period“);
5. Payday Promo is given to Treasury Users who purchase Gold on Treasury Apps by using promo code “SAVEPDMAY25” exclusively for New Users, and promo code “PAYDAYMAY25” for all Treasury Users during the Payday Promo Period without minimum transaction;
6. Payday Promo can only be followed 1 (one) time for each Treasury User who meets the criteria as referred to in number 5 above;
7. 13. Treasury has the right to cancel the provision of discounts as referred to in the Payday Promo if there are indications of suspicious transactions and / or potentially detrimental to Treasury / other third parties and / or not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations of the competent authority, Treasury User Agreement, Terms and Conditions applicable at Treasury, as well as Treasury Users who have been blacklisted by Treasury as referred to in number 12;
14. Apart from these Payday Promo Terms and Conditions, Treasury Users are also subject to and required to comply with all other Terms and Conditions and/or binding provisions contained in the Treasury Apps and/or Treasury website, except those expressly stated by Treasury that such Terms and Conditions are not applicable in the implementation of this Payday Promo feature;
15. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to Treasury Users;

18. These Terms and Conditions apply as a binding agreement between Treasury Users and Treasury;
19. Any type of malware attack, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices shall not be the responsibility of Treasury;
20. Each Treasury User shall not transfer and/or authorize any other person to operate the Treasury User’s account. Treasury will not be responsible for any fraud and/or crime and/or loss arising from such transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses will be borne by the Treasury User;
21. Treasury will not be responsible for any errors arising from the negligence of Treasury Users;
22. Treasury does not allow Treasury Users to use the Treasury Apps and Treasury website to perform activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;
23. Treasury is not responsible for any activities and/or transactions performed by Treasury Users that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided by Treasury on Treasury Apps and Treasury website. The Treasury User hereby understands and agrees to release Treasury and all its management, employees and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for any misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by such Treasury User;
24. Treasury is a commodity trading platform including but not limited to the first digital physical Gold trading that has obtained a license from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) on December 13, 2021 based on the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021 concerning Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader to PT Indonesia Logam Pratama and Certificate of Approval as a Digital Gold Physical Trader Number 001/BAPPEBTI/P-ED/12/2021. This makes transactions carried out by Treasury Users on our platform secured.

Payday Special Double Profit Gold Harvest Promo

Get Extra Gold Bonus up to 9% + 10% p.a

1. “Payday Special Gold Harvest Promo” is a promo that can be used by all Treasury Users to get additional grams of Gold (“Gold Bonus”) by storing Gold in the Treasury App for the duration as stated in the table above (“Gold Harvest Duration”), during the validity period of the Payday Special Gold Harvest Promo stated in number 2;
2. The Payday Special Gold Harvest Promo is valid from May 23, 2025 to May 31, 2025 (“Payday Special Gold Harvest Promo Period”);
3. What is meant as “Day” in these Terms and Conditions is a calendar day;
4. The Gold Bonus will be given to the Treasury User according to the table above based on the percentage per annum of the Gold gramage deposited by the Treasury User in the Treasury Apps during the Payday Special Gold Harvest Promo Period;
5. The Gold Bonus refers to the Gold gramage deposited and the Gold Harvest Duration chosen by the Treasury User;
6. The payment method for the Payday Special Gold Harvest Promo can be done through the Celengan Balance or other payment methods available in the Treasury Apps;
7. The Gold Balance deposited during the Gold Harvest Duration chosen by the Treasury User will be sent to the Treasury User’s Gold balance when the Gold Harvest Duration ends along with the Gold Bonus earned during the Payday Special Gold Harvest Promo Period;
8. The Gold Bonus that will be earned by the Treasury User from the Payday Special Gold Harvest Promo listed in the table above is inclusive of taxes and other fees (if any);
9. In the event that the Treasury User withdraws the Gold that is being stored before the selected Gold Harvest Duration ends, the Treasury User will be charged an early withdrawal fee of 0.5% (zero point five percent) of the Gold gram value stored. By withdrawing Gold that is being stored before the selected Gold Harvest Duration ends, the Gold Bonus as referred to in numbers 1 and 7 becomes invalid;
10. The maximum number of Gold Harvests that run at one time during the Payday Special Gold Harvest Promo Period is 50 (fifty) Gold Harvests with a maximum storage of 1 (one) kilogram of Gold for each Gold Harvest;
11. Treasury Users who have previously been blacklisted by Treasury cannot participate in this Payday Special Gold Harvest Promo feature;
12. 14. By participating in the Payday Special Gold Harvest Promo, the Treasury User is deemed to have known, read, understood and agreed to all the provisions;
