Buy Gold on the Weekend, Discount up to Rp1.5 Million

1. “Gold” means digital gold purchased through Treasury Apps;
2. “Treasury Users” means all parties registered as users on Treasury Apps and Treasury website;
3. “Leading Promo” is a discount promo on Gold purchase through Buy Gold feature on Treasury Apps;
4. Leading Promo is only valid every Saturday and Sunday during June 2025 (“Leading Promo Period”);
5. The Leading Promo is given to Treasury Users who purchase Gold on the Treasury Apps through the Buy Gold feature using the promo code “WEEKENDHEMAT” during the Leading Promo Period without a minimum transaction;
6. The Leading Promo can only be participated in 1 (one) time for each Treasury User who meets the criteria as referred to in number 5 above;

19. Any type of malware attacks, data theft, and other security breaches caused by the use of jailbroken or rooted devices, are not the responsibility of Treasury;
20. Each Treasury User shall not transfer and/or authorize any other person to operate the Treasury User’s account. Treasury will not be responsible for any fraud and/or crime and/or loss arising from the transfer and/or authorization to operate the account, and all losses will be fully borne by the Treasury User;
21. Treasury will not be responsible for any errors arising from the negligence of Treasury Users;
22. Treasury does not allow Treasury Users to use Treasury Apps and Treasury website to perform activities and/or transactions that are not activities and/or features and/or transactions provided and/or promoted by Treasury;

24. The Treasury User hereby understands and agrees to release Treasury and all its management, employees and consultants, from liability, including but not limited to legal and financial liability, for any misuse of activities and/or features and/or transactions performed by such Treasury User;
